Great spacious room and comfortable bed, staff great and breakfast also good, great location. Old school looking room but still good and comfortable.

Toilet very tight especially shower, soap dispenser kept coming off and could be a touch cleaner, but overall good place!

Value for money

Bedside light not working.

Most of the staff were friendly. Nice that breakfast was included. Walking distance to both the city center and the central station.

First of all, the room looked quite different in real life comparing to the pictures on Booking. Everything was old and not very clean. Even though it was around 18 degrees outside, it was very hot in the room so I don't even want to imagine what it's like in the middle of the summer. Uncomfortable bed. Only one power outlet by the bed so you have to choose between having a lamp or charging your phone :) They do not have electronic keys but you need to give your key to the receptionist every time you go out. Several times I came back and the receptionist was not there and sometimes the keys were just spread out on the table, for anyone to take. I chose this hotel mostly because of the location but if I would ever come back to Düsseldorf, I would not stay here again.
