Great location, good room, quiet. Great staff, compliments to herr Huller for the way he handled our EV charger reservation.

The pool is more than ok for a quick swim, but the years are starting to count. Food at the restaurant good in taste, not cheap.

Hotel is in need of renovations. Room was cold. Breakfast was below average and varied little.

Personel nice and friendly, Breakfast very complete, hotel very nice and rooms are quite. Nice view of the valley. We stopped in that hotel to cut our trip from north of France to CZ. good stop.

Beds are not confortable, very hard mattress and beds make noise when you move. It is the only negative point i found which unfortunatly, it one of the more important thing for an hotel.

All around the hotel is beautiful and the hotel too. We loved the dinner and the staff was so kind to us. 100%recommend we will go back definitely.

The pool was a little bit cold but It was still a good fun. The bed wasn’t really comfortable.

The atmosphere in the lobby was really nice and the personal was fantastic and did the best they could to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was good and the view from the second room we got was beautiful. I really appreciated their efforts to become carbon neutral.

The inside decoration is old and outdated. The rooms smell a bit like closed. We reserved a room for two adults and one child but somehow we got a room with only one double bed. When we pointed this out we were given a room with a bed sofa and were charged 30€ more. Maybe a miss-communication with Booking.The first room they gave us had no nice view and a permanent noise from the heating. Luckily we were changed and we could have a good night sleep.

Hotel located nice place. Quite and relaxed area. They have good restaurant. Worth the money. I would definitly go there again if i have another business trip.

Windows are a bit old therefore room was cold at the begin. Need to turn on heater.

The place was wonderful! When I waked up, I faced with a good Paranoma.

At first, they gave me a smoky room! Althogh they change my room later to another one, but "they should ask me before giving me a smoky room". The second romm also havd a problem. Its heating system needed to be vented. Until the morning, there was the sound of water rushing in the radiator.

It exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we booked it for longer. People are really friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice and warm, nicely decorated. View is amazing. Big choice of breakfast, very nice coffee. Not sure why people would leave negative reviews, I am very picky with hotels and we very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. We used the bar, the sauna everything that this place has to offer. Also had a beautiful walk. Thank you for making the start of our holiday that nice.

hotel did cancel the booking at about 19:30 in the evening. they have no room, even confirmation through booking, Shoukd be booking problem. it is not nice start the new search in the night. I cannot suggest this hotel

We stay regularly in this hotel while travelling through Germany. We enjoy the swimming pool and the good breakfast. The restaurant is also very nice - however, it is independent from the hotel so you may not always get a table for dinner (better to book in advance).

It was surprisingly noisy. The hotel was filled in with quite a number of disrespectful guests (during our two last stays in April 2022). Lots of noise in the corridors until late night as well as outside the hotel. We were surprised and disappointed as this has never happened in the past (we stay several times a year in this hotel since some 4-5 years and it used to be very calm and pleasant there).

Our room on the third floor had valley view and was one of (only?) two with a balcony (see picture, rooms on the right top floor)

Charging the e-car at the only non-Tesla AC charger is more expensive than the EnBW DC-special rate. Would not choose to charge here again.

Beautiful location. Spacious, very clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Kind, helpful staff. Great breakfast. I love this hotel. It was our 3rd time there.
