This was the perfect location for a girls weekend! The place was very clean and the owner was easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!

We stayed for about 8 days while our house flooring was being redone. The property was amazing! The kitchen appliances were quality and worked very well. The cupboards were well-stocked with everything you need for a family or a party. The rooftop deck and views are outstanding. There is a 1/2 bath, lounging area that holds about 8 people, a dining table, and a bar with stools on the rooftop deck. The owner and property manager are easy to reach and very responsive. We would absolutely come back; maybe to host an event on the roof.

We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette party and it was such a perfect fit for us! It was clean, gorgeous, and in a great location. The rooftop was beyond what I expected and we loved hanging out up there during our stay. The view was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend!

I am the maid of honor for my sister and we stayed in this VRBO! I currently live in Chicago and my sisters bridesmaids are all located out of town. This was an amazing place to have them stay, they loved the place and there was ample room for all of us. They especially loved the view from the rooftop! It was perfect for all of our activities and a convenient location to get where we needed to go.

This property was well-appointed and well-stocked, and its central location in the city was so convenient. We LOVED the furnished rooftop and spent as much time as we could enjoying the views! The property manager was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend for a group looking for a fun weekend in Chicago!

We had the most amazing stay at this condo. The pictures do no justice, this place is gorgeous ! Great location, not far from downtown. Clean, fully stocked, great communication. Could not have picked a better place for our bachelorette party! We had the best experience.

We stayed at the condo for a long weekend, Thursday-Sunday and had a great time! The condo is gorgeous with lots of room & a beautiful rooftop. The communication with Jessica & Shannon was great. They were very responsive if we had questions & gave us plenty of information ahead of time for an easy check in.
Would definitely recommend staying here for a girls weekend!

Came here for a weekend for a girls + partners trip and we immediately fell in love with the space. The rooftop was lovely to lounge and have food on; it had everything from cushions to blankets and a view of the Chicago skyline. We also made use of the sofa pull out bed to watch movies at night. Everyone complimented my choice of apartment!
Communication from the host was excellent. The place was well stocked with cutleries and some coffee pods, and we walked to the nearest CVS to get toiletries.
I was nervous the Vrbo was too far from downtown but the neighbourhood turned out to be great. It’s walking distance to coffee shops and the famous Kasama restaurant, and a 10 minute drive to avenues with restaurants, bars and other spots. It wasn’t hard to get to the city with an Uber and public transportation.
Highly recommend to big groups who want to stay in a tranquil neighbourhood with a nice space for lounging! Note that 2 bedrooms to fit 7-9 people can be cramped, but it worked out for us.

Spent 4 nights, we had everything we needed, plus nice extra touches. Location is central and close to some great neighborhoods. Jessica was very responsive and even accommodated an early check-in for a bit extra. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with a group of girls for a weekend out in Chicago. The unit looks even better in person than in the photos. Also the private rooftop is amazing!

What a great property. Stayed here for a spring break getaway to Chicago. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Everything was super clean and functional.

We had stayed at Jessica's place a couple of summers ago, had a great stay and were really happy to come back. The place and location were perfect for our needs, Jessica and her property manager Shannon were extremely helpful and responsive (eg they communicated to make sure they had snow clearance in time for our departure!). We'd only like to note two things that a potential renter might want to know (and in no way impacted our stay): 1. The onsite parking is really convenient but it is a tight fit so pick your rental car accordingly 2. As the top unit (which is great for noise purposes and access to the deck weather permitting) one should be prepared for some stairs. Again wonderful host(s), place and location, thanks Jessica!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! The property exceeded our expectations by far. The unit was spacious and in such a wonderful neighborhood. We could walk wherever we needed to be and we’re close to public transportation. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The rooftop was a nice addition with wonderful city views. Quite spacious too. I would recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Chicago. Can’t wait until next time!

We had to find a place last minute for my family to spend the holidays together. The open (and well stocked) kitchen, dining room, and living room combo was perfect. We had plenty of space to accommodate the entire family (dog included) and holiday gifts. The property manager and owner were flexible and very responsive. Really appreciative for everything - made the holidays less stressful. Thank you!

Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful condo with our group! We had a great time and couldn't have asked for anything more. Host and property manager both were proactive and communicative, going out of their way to ensure we had all the info we needed for our stay.
Great location and neighborhood - plenty of food options nearby. Was surprised by how quiet things were in the neighborhood at night.
Loved the rooftop views and space. City skyline at night is spectacular.
The entire condo was impeccably clean, well-stocked, smelled great, and in great condition.

This place was fantastic in so many ways. Inside was super clean, perfectly stocked from towels/linens, to many extra comfy pillows, to coffee bar supplies, to great lighting options.
We really enjoyed the great room together. The fire was cozy and looked great. The kitchen/dining room area had good space for all nine of us to hang out together.
The rooftop set up was the best though. Excellent space up too with a great view. It was well decorated with party lights and the perfect furniture. The fact that there is also a really nice bathroom up there makes it even better!
I absolutely suggest this place for a fun party spot in Chicago!

I came to run the Chicago Marathon and had my four best friends there to support me, so having a place where we could all gather together was a top priority and this place had it all! It had all of the amenities we needed and we loved how the living room/kitchen area was set up so that we could all hang out together. The needs were comfy and the decor was fantastic!
As you will see in other reviews the rooftop view is amazing! It was a bit chilly for us to stay up their too long, but we found ourselves going up each night to see the city lights.
The stairs were challenging when carrying in luggage, we all joked that it was a good workout though. They are even more challenging after running a marathon! Luckily, there was a jetted tub that helped soothe my aching muscles.
I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Chicago. Jessica and Shannon are great communicators and really put a lot of thought into making this place feel like your home away from home!

Clean, beautiful, safe accommodations. Extremely comfortable for the 6 of us. It was great having everything we needed including extra pillows and blankets. Loved having a washer and dryer too. Safe parking on the street for 4 days. One of the few places that allowed smoking outside. Being outside the smoke never reached the inside.

We loved this VRBO!! I recently went with a group of friends for a trip to Chicago. This place can fit 9 in my opinion, but it depends on how cozy you are with your guests. There is a lot of shared space but we had 7 and were comfy. There are also bedrooms for when privacy is needed. Three amazing things about this place 1) the big beautiful kitchen where we could all gather around the island and play games. 2) very large dining table for shared meals. 3) THE ROOFTOP. The rooftop is an amazing view with lots of seating. The only thing to consider for this place that doesn’t show well in the pictures are the stairs leading up - the VRBO is on the third floor of a tall building and the steps are quiet steep. We struggled getting our bags up/down but it was definitely worth it.

We hosted a large dinner party and the apartment came fully stocked with everything we would need for that! The listing let us know exactly what serving ware she had and it was all we needed! The rooftop is huge with an amazing view of downtown! The beds were comfortable!

Perfect stay for a large group. Beautifully decorated with just about everything you need. The rooftop terrace with a view is a huge plus!! The host and property manager were friendly and helpful from booking through checkout. I’d recommend packing light if you can because there are lots of steps!!

Great accommodations for family event/birthday celebration over the Fourth of July. Plenty of room for 7 of us and the property is modern and clean. Fantastic view of city skyline and fireworks all over the city on the 4th from the roof. One minor caveat for those who may not be as spry as they used to be: getting to the condo in a a climb up 3 rather steep flights of stairs. That said would definitely book again
