This is a great house in a great neighborhood. The management/owner/host are responsive and terrific to work with .Booking and check-in were easy and seamless. This house enters through a foyer into a large living room/sitting room with sliders out to the pool. To the left is the master suite with privacy from the other bedrooms. The pictures show a lot of pink, however, in real life it's not overwhelming. There are a lot of mirrors in the bedroom and a modern adjustable bed. For those not familiar, and we were not, this means that there are two separate mattresses on the king bed so that each side can be adjusted to the desired firmness. But this also means that there is a seem down the middle of the bed which causes the couple to remain separate. The master bathroom has a separate shower and tub, two sinks. The pictures don't do the bathroom justice, it is spacious but missing luxurious touches and fixtures. The shower has a wand shower head. The kitchen is medium with decent counter space and an Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard drip coffee maker. The cookware, glassware, flatware etc. is not new or standard. It feels like you are staying in someone's house who has accumulated this mix match of accessories over the years. There is not a lot of tupperware or containers. There was some standard spices, but other standard items like plastic wrap and tinfoil and ziplock bags had to be purchased. The dining room is lovely with a glass table and comfortable chairs. There is also a separate kitchenette set adjacent to the kitchen and living room. The living room has great furniture that seems fairly new and the seats in the love seat and couch recline have motorized recline. The TV and sound system is a little complicated to work but there are written instructions which are easy to follow. The second bathroom is pretty standard with a tub and wanded shower head. The other two bedrooms we didn't use but they are on the right side of the house by the living room and second bathroom. The pool area is large with a brand new Weber grill. We didn't use the pool but the screened in pool area is a fantastic amenity. The neighborhood is upscale and terrific. All the neighbors we met on our walks around the neighborhood were very nice. This is a great house that feels like you have lived in the neighborhood and in the house for years, versus staying at a commercial rental. We would stay here again at the right price.

Family and I came down to visit family in the area, this house was perfect! Pool was nice! Great neighborhood! Clean! Had everything we needed! Easy access to shops, 15 min to beach ! Easy check in and out! I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here!!

Home has a great layout and is quite spacious. Location is great for shopping -whether it be for groceries or retail. Desiree is a wealth of information should you have any questions. If the opportunity arises-I would rent here again.

Enjoyed the pool and layout of the home. House is in a nice/safe neighborhood that is wonderful for walking our small dog.

It was a great house and location. Would like to rent again but can't seem to find it on website.

Everything about the house was amazing except the beds. They were too firm for your liking and did not care for the Craftmatic adjustable bed. This is purely a matter of individual comfort and many others might prefer this.

Big Beautiful House, with pool. Very nice neighborhood

At the last minute we decided we needed to get out of the cold. I searched for weeks for a house that looked decent and was far enough south in Florida to be warm. This house popped up without any reviews, but we decided to give it a shot. The owner couldn't have been nicer and the house was absolutely perfect for our family. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The house is bright and airy. It's close to a lot of food and beach options. We loved everything about our stay.
