We highly appreciated the extra room for our dog. The breakfasts were lovely 😊

The room was located outside the main building and was rather dark.

The city centre with it's little harbour with all the shopping and restaurant facilities was in walking distance of about 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel had it's own parking free of extra charges.

I missed the mini bar that hotels usually have. At least in my room. I don't know about the others.

At a price of €230 for a night you would and should be able expect much more. The location was not great. The standard was below average. The staff was busy and didn’t seem friendly, we e.g. gave up waiting for drinks from the bar. Breakfast was not interesting at all.

Paid for the stay twice. I did pay for the stay via booking.com but then we checked out the receptionist asked for our credit card. I told her we already had paid it via booking.com and it was for insurance... what ever that means. afterwards it could see that the hotel withdrawn the amount from me. I contacted booking.com and was told it was easier to contact the hotel directly. Had did that 4 time both via email and via the message portal in booking.com. No answer at all. Lastly I have contacted booking.com but had NO REPLY what so ever. So please be aware if you already have paid via booking.com DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD !!!!!

The brakfast was very good. The location near the citycentre is good.

You are not able to turn the tv. It can only be seen from the bed.
