To say that we enjoyed our stay in Ouray is an understatement. The property was very inviting, clean, and spacious. Not to mention the mountain view’s from the west suite were phenomenal! Conveniently located right on Ouray’s main street, the property allows for walkable access to the town’s shops and restaurants. There are metal stairs leading down from the car port to the back door, which is where you enter/exit the property. It was slightly difficult bringing luggage up and down, and the stairs can get icy, so just beware if you have mobility issues or are clumsy like me! We didn’t face too many challenges apart from that. Also, the bathtub is beautiful, but it is pretty deep, so just be careful! I would most definitely recommend staying at this property!

Everything was as advertised. Comfortable and very close to dining, shopping and trails.

Enjoyed our time at this cute home. Nicely decorated, comfy bed, all the necessities provided. Just off Main Street so it was easy to get to restaurants and shops, as well as the Perimeter Trail. Didn’t hear a lot of road noise from the streets so that was a bonus.

Great location and parking. Unit was clean Unit has no views to speak of. There wasn’t any outside area to enjoy the sun or watch the activity in town. There was only one loveseat providing a comfortable place to relax. Other than this chair, there was only the beds and kitchen table/chairs.

Woke up to a mountain view from the West suite every morning. Wonderful location Downtown close to everything. About 5 minutes from base of Cascade Falls with access to Perimeter Trail. Had everything needed for someone with a gluten allergy to be able to prepare my own meals if you're tired with options in town. Very comfortable bed. Had plenty of room for being a studio suite.

Property was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect for walking the town as well as driving in and out. Unit is much larger than the photos would suggest. We enjoyed our four day stay and would highly recommend for a couples stay. Very private and quiet yet steps away from all the shops and restaurants.

However, you do have to go thru the back door which is only accessible by a long metal staircase. There is no light in the back of the building so it’s very dark at night. Bring a flashlight. There is no walkway from the front of the building to the back. You have to take the street to the alley. We loved the large soaking tub but it’s only usable as a shower. There was no way to stop the drain that we found. The kitchen area was nice and had everything we needed to cook our breakfast each morning.

The property is larger than it looks in the photos. The furnishings are very nice, there’s private covered off street parking, it’s easy to find, very quiet at night and in a great location. I would go back. We had a minor problem with the tv and they sent someone over within an hour.

Cleaning could be a bit more thorough, as there were opened/leftover food items from previous guests in the refrigerator and cabinets. The laundry situation was confusing - instructions were indicated to launder towels upon departing, but no instructions on how or where to find laundry facilities. Once we located them, the area was messy, seriously in need of cleaning and there were no laundry products available for use - just several empty containers tossed around. Otherwise the unit was very comfortable and met our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only downsides were that there was NO toilet paper at all. We had to go buy some and the bed is definitely a queen, not a king like advertised. There was also nothing to wash dishes with, as in no sponge or brush or dishcloth. Again though, overall it was a very nice experience.

This is a great space in a fantastic location off of Main Street, walkable to everything including hot springs. The space was very clean with a cool rustic aesthetic. Loved the open layout and full kitchen. Covered parking onsite was a perk as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo on main street Ouray. We have stayed in both the East and West units and love both units. Property management is very professional and wonderful to rent from. The location is perfect. We definitely recommend this condo and plan on returning for sure.

We stayed at this property for our vacation to Ouray. Good place to stay. Close to the main strip of Ouray. Clean property and good communication with property manager when I had questions.

The Lotus Mountain Suites is a small, but nice comfy place and had everything we needed. All the Ouray restaurants, shops, and the hot springs are within walking distance which is nice. The only thing that we had issues with was the internet service connection. We would be glad to stay there again.

This is a super comfortable suite and the kitchen is great for staying in and cooking vs going out. Also nice to wake up to coffee in the morning! Location can't be beat. Only one minor issue with the heating control unit/remote, but I think the property manager will get that dialed (I would maybe recommend a back-up instruction on the guest check-in list in case the remote buttons get pressed incorrectly as it is a complicated system). Otherwise overall great!

Great property right in town. It has beautiful views. It is clean and proper. The place is right next to great food, hikes, and whatever else you want.

This was a great base point to explore Ouray. It's right on main street so no need to jump in the car to head downtown and see the shops and restaurants. Walk to get food, coffee, and even groceries. Place was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Beds were comfortable as well. No balcony or porch to sit outside but we knew that when we booked.

It was very comfortable & clean. Right on Main Street made it very convenient to everything. Would definitely stay there again.
