We had a very relaxing time, the sunroom is an awesome space to just soak in the mountains. A great location.

Great location. Unit had everything we needed. The only thing I can think of would have been a hot tub. And yes I know there this hot springs across the road. Other than that. Simply fantastic. Thank you.

We had a great stay here. We really enjoyed the sitting area outside the unit. It was warm in the unit in the afternoon when we returned from our activities but not so uncomfortable that we would not stay there again. We were running away from 105 deg plus so the weather was wonderful.

Good: Check-in was super easy. The view was incredible. It was very quiet and peaceful. The walk to town was nice. Bad: The condo itself has 70s era furniture and the cleanliness was not at all what I’d expect for the astronomical fee charged. The downstairs sheets were not clean, they were covered in human hair (clearly the maid didn’t change them). The mattress cover was covered in stains (please buy a new one). The clean dishes were left for us to unload from the dishwasher. There wasn’t any type of sponge to clean the dishes with. There was no laundry detergent even though we were asked to start a load of towels. Most annoying of all was we arrived late to this small town and woke up the next morning only to find zero coffee was provided. I’ve stayed at dozens of houses on this site and that was a first. It’s a basic amenity especially considering the price charged. The whole place needs a refresh on furniture and cleaning. And please spend $10 of what I was charged to provide coffee for future guests.

We had a great time staying at this lovely townhome! Plenty of room for 4 adults and two surprise kiddos. The views were amazing and the location was close to everything, but not too close. Highly recommend staying here.

The location of the property was great. The major issue we had was upon arrival there were no sheets on the beds downstairs and no sheets for the beds anywhere else in the house. We spoke with management and they tried to reach out to housekeeping but no one responded so we had to spend the first night of our trip sleeping on beds with no sheets. The response from management was that they couldn’t bring sheets until the next day and they suggested we just spread the blankets out and sleep on top of them. I understand things go wrong sometimes but I felt management should have found a way to get us some sheets for the night (maybe run to Walmart?). I was also disappointed that no discounts were offered to compensate for an uncomfortable night. Overall the location was great and although management was pleasant to speak with, they did not meet an acceptable standard of service. Extremely unilikely to stay here again.

Pictures, description and reviews led us to expect a great experience. All expectations were exceeded. Very convenient location to hot springs pool and all activities in Ouray. Could not have been more comfortable. Incredible views! Will definitely plan on staying here again when traveling to Ouray.

This property was just what we needed. Loved the sunroom! It was also great to have so many items in the pantry. We brought our own because I didn’t know what to expect, but I was impressed. If I could change something, I would add ceiling fans in the bedrooms. It was unseasonably warm, and sleeping was rough. Adding the window fan fired up my allergies, but we did it anyway. Overall though, this place is amazing and in a great location near town and the hot springs.

The location and amenities were as advertised; we were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with pots and pans, utensils, serving pieces, soap, etc. The home was clean, well maintained and welcoming. Since it rained every day that we were there, we loved the multiple seating areas that lent themselves to working puzzles, cards, games and television. I did call the management company (very helpful) regarding the recycling policy. I suggest that an explanation be added to the information sheet on the refrigerator.

This condo is the absolute best location with a family. The hot springs, town and perimeter trail are walking distance (and we prefer to drive). The hot springs has a fish pond to feed the fish and a park to play and host events. The house was perfect, had everything from shampoo yo dish soap. We didn’t need to purchase anything of that nature. We highly recommend this property.

Best views of all condos! This would be my choice of stay when we return. Either family or just a retired couple. Love the garage access and use.

Loved staying here—location can’t be beat and property was extremely clean and well-equipped! My only suggestion would be to replace master pillows and all towels—they were old and musty smelling, and I had to wash pillow before sleeping on it. We did love staying here though and will be back!

Large and comfortable condo in great location. Everything one needed was provided. We would definitely rent there again

Great location with a great view!

We were a group of 4 ladies in town to hike the Via Ferrata and climb. The home accommodated us very nicely. The best part was the location. We could easily walk to climbing, the hot spring and town and the trailhead to the Perimeter Trail was also right beside the house. We'd definitely stay again!

It was a nice clean condo with a perfect location and spectacular views. The kitchen was well stocked. The property managers were always quick to respond to questions.

The property was fantastic. We loved everything about it and wish we had another couple of days. Very clean and organized. Location to the springs and Perimeter Trail trail head are steps away. It was wonderful to have space for everyone.
