Perfect little cottage for our family. We have stayed here several times and love it.

The cottage was very clean on our arrival and well-stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, linens and blankets. It is located within a few blocks of downtown Ouray and very convenient for shopping (groceries, hardware, restaurants, etc). In addition the cottage is quite close to an entrance to the City's Perimeter Trail and within walking distance to the Box Canyon and Cascade Falls.
The listing does not include a dryer, but there is one in the laundry room.
It was difficult to determine which of the three units was associated with our rental without a call to the management service. The property address is not displayed on any of the rentals and they are numbered 1 through 3. Additionally, the locked entrance to our unit (3) was located inside a breezeway entrance. All of this was immediately cleared up with the telephone call. I would recommend updating the check-in instructions to clarify the unit number and the location of the primary entrance to the unit.
Information on the refrigerator has a discrepancy in terms of the wifi address. The sheet on the refrigerator door is correct. The one on the side of the refrigerator is not. I would also recommend some additional instructions for operating the heat for the unit.
We really liked the property and will likely stay there again.

Great location in town, just a few blocks from everything. Excellent communication from hosts. Older house but had everything needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Place was clean, and had a washer and dryer. Bathroom was updated and worked well. It is a older home so has some weird little quirks but worked well for us.

Only issue was finding the actual front door as it was inside the enclosed porch. After a quick phone call that was solved in seconds everything was good-to-go for the week.Other than the bear tipping the dumpster on the last day, no complaints!

Very nice Ouray home
The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The location is great and right in town. One small issue was that there was not enough bathroom supplies for our almost week long stay and we had to buy more. Also there is no dishwasher so hand washing dishes is required.

The management provide great customer service and communication. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Ouray. Do yourself a favor and book this location.

Great property but poor management.
Wonderful unit but only half 1/2 roll of TP. Called the first morning and manager rattled on for a minute before saying she would send someone over. Know one showed up in the hour we were there. Also, the trash dumpster was full to the rim. Also, never been asked to run the first load of laundry before we leave.

The cottage was walking distance to everything in town. It was very clean and the kids loved the loft bedroom. The only issue we had was the shower not getting warm but the property management took care of it very quickly.

Love Ouray!!
We really enjoyed our stay.
Cute little place had everything we needed. Short walk to everything
We come to Ouray for a week every year to Jeep with friends and enjoy a break from the desert as we are from Phoenix.
The general store a short walk away has everything you need did you not want to go out to eat but there are plenty of great restaurants very close as well.
The house is perfect for two but you could have a couple kids as well but keep in mind one bathroom and a small kitchen.
It worked out perfect for the two of us!

Excellent
We had a great time at Mission Rock. The space was just right for the three of us. We had coffee on the patio each morning. The chalet was 5 minutes walk from Main Street or the Hotsprings. We would love to come back. Despite the fact that we shared the yard with the other two properties it was very nice and quiet and intimate.

Loved the place
It was a perfect setup and location for our group. We met friends in Durango and got a chance to enjoy riding around is riding Silverton, Silverton, Telluride and Pagosa Springs.

If anyone in your party is over 6' tall, beware that this home is built long ago and has very small doorways, tiny stairs, tight stand-up shower space, and short head clearance in the loft and basement laundry area. It does have the cutest LITTLE kitchen you have ever seen! Perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple with the master bedroom on the main level.

Perfect location!
The cottage was just like in looks in the pictures and was everything we needed for our three day stay. Has a gas fireplace keeping everyone warm and cozy. We could walk everywhere we needed to go in town, including doing the loop around the city. Grocery and very good restaurants a block away on main street.

Quaint cabin near everything. Small but has everything needed to be comfortable. Outdoor patio is nice for people watching and sunsets.

Wonderful property. Love Ouray and the San Juan mountains
A little noisy being just a block from town. Also, didn’t feel safe leaving the windows open at night so it was stuffy and hard to sleep.

Weekend Retreat
Great location. Quiet this time of year. Priced right for the amenities, which are dated but the cottage was clean. Enjoyed the fern garden while seating in Adirondack chairs. Over all a hit.
