location was good, house was clean
we were locked out after dinner, the door code pad batteries were flat, rang contact, no answer, rang host, who was in england and quite rude. we were locked out in the freezing cold , with no contingency plan. house was freezing when we arrived.

It was really clean and the location was great and heaps of on street parking.
The fridge was small for how many people we had. The room on the left when you come in the ducted heating wasn’t working and we had to use the split system. we had a big group and there wasn’t enough chairs around the table to eat together so some people had to sit on the couch.

Excellent heating. Well equipped kitchen.
Could do with 1 toilet that is separate from the bathroom. Bathrooms need towel rails for multiple guests. There was a broken wine glass under one off the leather lounge chairs ( when taking bridal photos we moved a lounge chair and found the broken wine glass when we moved the lounge chair - no big deal to us, just an observation).

The location was perfect and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.
The beds were comfortable and the house a cosy 'home away from home'.

my children found a penis whistle which must have been from a hens party
but I’d be reminding the cleaner to check everywhere

The outdoor space needed a tidy up as the stone pathways and the leaves were spread everywhere. However though it was autumn and there were a lot of leaves.

The fire was lovely and the house was warm and comfortable upon arrival. Facilities were easy to use and practical.
The fenced yard made having a pet travelling with us easy.
Battery missing in TV remote - minor issue. Door from kitchen area to second bathroom a little difficult to open.

Great location, host was great and kindly picked us up from the airport. House had a large table which was perfect for us working remotely. Great big clean space!

The house was just what we needed for the weekend. Having keypad access was handy. Close to the CBD.
The host was easily contactable until upon leaving we let him know about some small maintenance jobs that are required and there was no response. One of the rooms is detached from the house and out in the backyard, this isn't noted in the details before booking and could be an issue if you needed to use it for young children which thankfully we didn't.

Very tidy and comfortable home with all the amenities you will need. Close walk to Rosalind park and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

Lots of kitchen accessories
Needs some magazines and books to fill the shelves.
Dishwashing liquid for hand washing dishes even though there is a dishwasher.
