A very lovely cottage with pretty , sunny courtyard garden situated in the heart of Osmotherley. Excellent village shop next door almost to cottage and fantastic pub Golden Lion a few steps away. Bathrooms superb and cottage extremely well equipped and very tastefully furnished.

This is a lovely, generally well equipped property in a great central location and the stone floors and boot room are ideal with dogs. There was a good initial supply of essentials such as tea, coffee, loo rolls etc and the village shop is two doors down.

I really didn’t like the automated Superhog web based verification process. To me it seemed intrusive and misleading. It has nothing to do with the staff who were polite and helpful.

A lovely cosy, comfortable cottage in an ideal location. So clean and spacious too. A great place for my sisters and I to spend time together ❤

Size, comfy beds, location.

3rd bedroom no wardrobe or mirror. All bedrooms no draw space. Only 5 hangers in 2 bedrooms. Stairs, lounge rug & sofas needed to be hovered & cleaned. Why have coffee machine & supply no coffee pods. Kitchen cupboards need cleaning. I cleaned larder shelves. Need some larger bowls re salad, mixing. TV to small when sitting far sofa.

Lovely quality and tastefully presented cottage. Beds and linens were of a good standard and very comfortable. The showers were quality within beautiful bathrooms. The cottage was centrally located for the North Yorkshire Moors, yet pubs and shop on the doorstep.

The facilities were good in the kitchen except there wasn't enough utensils for cooking. Additionally, perhaps no fault of the host but, maybe the previous occupants, the black bin was very full in the garage/utility area. As it was smelly I put it in the rear garden. The host relies on the occupants to put the bin out. Whilst I have no problem with this, as I put out the recycling bin whilst there, perhaps some people aren't inclined, which is a shame.

Beautiful location, gorgeous back yard with planted flower beds and pots. Cosy and comfortable interior recently renovated to a high standard. The master bedroom had the MOST comfortable mattress and a beautiful en suite shower room with excellent shower. Great laundry facilities (tumble dryer too even if it is a little slow!) Great utility area for boots and luggage away from living room and kitchen. Excellent oven and well presented kitchen. There is a Nespresso coffee machine which isn't mentioned in the details so was very welcome. We took our small dog and he was very comfortable.

I'm a keen baker and cook so the kitchen wasn't equipped quite to my standards, but we got by! And if there had been a larger clothes horse of some kind that would have been useful.

Location for walking. Surrounding countryside and distance to coast.

Parking was tight. Couldn't charge hybrid vehicle. Village was very busy. Kitchen utensils could have been better and no towel. Cooker hood dirty and cobwebs in garage/toilet area.

A lovely cottage in a picturesque village. Close to facilities but still out of the way. The completely enclosed courtyard was fabulous as the dog could have access to outside all of the time. It was quite and very comfortable. Plenty of room to relax.

We stay in the area a few times a year as we have family nearby. The cost of The Cobbles was higher than anywhere else we have stayed which will put some people off. The TV was quite small for the distance from the sofas.

Stunning, everything we wanted and more. Loved the story of the cottage too. Will definitely book again. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and very accessible. Highly recommended! 😍

Very homely and lovely house, right in the village and next to the village shops. Easy walk to find the Cleveland way. Very well kept, clean and superb little garden.

Not a lot!!

A very quiet location, clean and recently decorated. Plenty of room for six adults, one child and a baby. Just a few yards away from a few pubs, chip shop and a shop. Sadly the local tea room was closed through out our stay.

Maybe more crockery eg. a few more bowls. The kettle was very noisy when switched on.

Beautiful cottage in the perfect location. Spacious and very tastefully decorated. More than enough room for a family or group of friends.
