Very good location, clean room, comfortable beds and really friendly staff.
The only thing was the glass WC door - it was transparent and unstable.

We arrived late so the locker system for the keys were very convenient. Stuff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and ok overall especially for one night. City is not far even on foot either
In a 3-Bed Room would be nice to have a solid and not a transparent door for the bathroom but it wasnt a big deal.

Breakfast very expensive, 12,50 in the best coffeshop of the city is only 5,90. We asked for a capuccino and a milk coffee and got two very bad black coffees from instant powder. The beds were wery soft, not easy to get out from the bed. Personal not too friendly, the mechanical curtain was broken, hanging half way, couldn't move it up or down. Room had the same balcony as other two rooms, and the smoke from tbe other guest cigarettes came into the room.

Really nice staff. Clean room with a really comfy bed.

Breakfast was good: typical Austrian breakfast but tasty. The receptionists and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was not ready by the check-in (12.00) time. We had to wait as a result our plans were a bit ruined.
