Close to the beach, just 3 minutes, clean, friendly hosts

Just few parking places in front of the house, our room was without balcony

The only thing that I liked was beach that was close.

The room was filthy and there was no soap, toilet paper, washing liquid, etc., so we had to ask the landlady for supplies. Furthermore, half of the equipment did not work, the utensils, cups, and cooking gear had to be cleaned as well. Half of the item is damaged. The Internet, which if there were to be connected, did not function. The level of hygiene was at its lowest point. The bed was not a double bed as stated on the booking information, but two single beds. Additionally, there was a lack of communication with the person who was renting out the apartment. She barely responded, did not say thank you or anything like that. When asking questions, there are hardly any words used. When we asked if we could check in earlier than 3 p.m., the landlady replied that they were cleaning at that time. That was fine with me. The only problem was that the apartment was so filthy when we arrived. It is difficult to understand how this apartment has received such a high rating. I would definitely avoid this apartment in the future.

Great location, room is big and clean. And super quiet. Host and agent are friendly. Great for a day’s stay in Orebić.

The location was great! And room was very clean, very small, though, and the adjoining door to the other room made it noisy. They went to bed fairly early as they had a little child.

there were not blankets, No stuff to Make dishes And our room on Ground floor was not So ok... next to parler cars And people walking by... upfloor rooms have better location

There was a nice balcony and the location is generally good, air conditioning also works well. The female host was nice and welcoming.

The apartment simply isn't fit for 4 adults and shouldn't be rented as such. The pull out sofa is too small to fit 2 adults. Furthermore, they didn't even leave any soap or toilet paper in the apartment when we arrived. There was also a really unpleasant smell coming from the toilet most of the time.
