Very beautiful and clean property with a very good location close to restaurants and shopping

The Condo was perfect for a weekend girls getaway. We each had our own room with plenty of privacy and there are also great gathering spots for together time. The loft is super cute for morning coffee on the balcony And the large living room and kitchen is perfect for meals and late night TV and games.
The restaurants on site make it very handy for quick meals and the food was great every time we ate there.
The house was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay awesome.

The apartment is very clean with all amenities and a great view of the lake. There are 2 restaurants on site that we went to and enjoyed them both a lot. Would highly recommmend.

The condo itself is great - beautiful views of Lake Norman and great decor. It was supplied with plenty of essentials for our stay. Great location. The restaurant next door was delish! The host was kind and communicated well to us. Thank you.
However, the condo manager was not very nice during our encounter. We did not feel welcome with our kids, as the unit below us did complain of the kids running. We travel a lot (6,1) and I do try to keep the noise level to a minimum everywhere we go. If you have young kids, I would just recommend somewhere else to stay. The elevator did smell of cat pee and the pool was also dirty. These complaints are not the host fault by any means, as like I said, the condo itself was nice. I just think the condo exterior of the condo needs a little maintenance. Just something to keep in mind.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and the view was amazing. The condo was clean but we needed to change burnt out light bulbs in two bedrooms and the bathroom when we arrived. The condo was warm when we checked in and it took several hours to reach a comfortable temperature. Every day, and sometimes at night, the thermostat automatically reset to the upper 70's so we returned to a warm condo. It took so many hours for the place to cool down. We were also disappointed to find that the top balcony was very dirty and the furniture was rusted and in need of repair. The umbrella was broken and laying on the ground and the floor and outdoor rug were very dirty. We had looked forward to spending time there as it was pictured to be a nice balcony.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice, just as depicted in the listing, and well-appointed with everything you might need for a week. The view is great and it is very convenient to all areas around Lake Norman. Two restaurants onsite were a bonus, plus it’s very convenient to nice grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

The condo is cozy, cute, and great size for 2 or 3 couples. Only issue we had was the toilet was plugged up in the shared bathroom when we got there and plunger in that bathroom was broken, so had to use the one from master bathroom. Also, 1 of the bath towels had grease stains on it, but there were others available. Not huge issues, and rest of the place more than made up for that! Beds very comfy and kitchen had all pots/pans/gadgets we could need! The top floor was really nice to sit on deck in evening, watching sunset. Also was great to walk downstairs to 2 different restuarants when didn't cook at condo. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it!

Location, location, location. We live close to this unit but our home doesn't have the luxury of a water view so we like to stay here where we can sit on the upper or lower porch and look out over the lake. We also like being able to park the car and just walk to either of the excellent restaurants. The unit was refreshed significantly from our previous stay with new flooring and paint. Of course it helped that the weather in early fall was totally awesome!

We so enjoyed our stay, the condo was beautiful, well, equipped, neat and organized and very comfortable. Beautiful location, right on the water with easy access to restaurants, stores in the highway. The description was right on the money, especially about that two beautiful decks. The host was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any emails with inquiries before and during our stay. we will definitely be back and would highly recommend this property

Overall, this was a very nice three bedroom condo with a great view over the lake. It had everything we needed. Appliances are a little bit dated, but the owner communicated with me that this will probably change in the near future. Beds were very comfortable. The place was nicely taken care of. I would have no hesitation staying here again in the future.

The condo had a lot of space and was well appointed. The owners obviously made an investment in the space. It felt like a luxury hotel rather than a typical rental property. Great views of the lake and access to nearby amenities. We have family in the area and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice and the decor was really cute. The third floor provides nice views of the lake. There were some things missing that I expected to be there, such as body soap in the Master, a bath mat, and more than 1 bath towel. The floor in the Master bath is tile so we had to use our 1 washcloth to step on when getting out of the shower. Also, the guest room ceiling light and fan didn’t work at all. The condo is right next to one of the best restaurants on the lake, Eddie’s, so that was nice. You can’t use the dock at the condo, but we found Stutz marina to be a great option! We would stay here again, but we would bring soaps, shampoos and towels.

The property owners have done an exceptional job with the appointments in the condominium. High quality and very comfortable. I would stay there again.
The overall outside premises could use attention, but convenient to the lake and access to several restaurants made it an enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this wonderful penthouse condo for 4 nights for 2 family college graduations in the area. Beautifully decorated and included everything you would need to relax and unwind. We would highly recommend!

This place was lovely! We had 6 adults in our group and we had plenty of room. The loft with the deck is great to watch the boats at sunset! Location was good. Parking could be tricky at times but it’s manageable

This was a perfect spot for a great get away and it was more than I had expected very clean and maintained I and my family would highly recommend it to anyone and they will be as satisfied as we were.would definitely book again .
