We enjoyed the unit and amenities of Wapato Point while we stayed there last week, even with the smoke.
The best parts of this unit were the stocked kitchen, including sharp knives and most of what you'd need to cook any meals, the views, and the layout of the space. Other highlights were the incredibly comfortable beds, beautifully remodeled bathrooms, and responsiveness of Bonnie to anything we needed.
The only slight negatives: 1. There's a public road and intersection on one side of the property where you might hear diesel trucks pass by in the AM. If you're a light sleeper like me, it might wake you up. The heavier sleepers in our group had no issues. 2. It's a bit of a walk down to the shore (7 min) down and up a steep hill, but we're hardy and just schlepped things back and forth. The indoor pool and fitness center was only a 3 - 4 minute walk. Some folks there used golf carts to get around, so I'd recommend that if you have anyone in your group who can't readily walk to places.

The condo was spacious and beautiful with a very nicely equipped kitchen. But the star of the show was the porch with a lake view. We ate every meal outside. Whenever we were not at the pool or beach, we were on the porch!

This condo is so roomy for the five of us that we could relax without getting into each other's space. The remodeled kitchen had top of the line appliances with plenty of accommodations for our use. The bedrooms were also spacious with plenty of sleeping options. Bathrooms were huge and nearby. Although our view of the lake was a little limited, we really enjoyed the outside dining on the huge deck. Having the pool so close was handy for the 11 year old boy. Loved this place. The only problem was the TV which the property manager worked hard to work out. We never did get any local stations. Oh, well, too much to see and do outside to watch that much TV.

We had a fabulous time. Everything about the condo was perfect! We enjoyed jazz at Benson’s winery. What a beautiful venu! Always love Wapato Pontiac!

Overall very good stay! Only setback is more about the timing/ luck. There’s construction outside our unit during our stay, which is real noisy, and I us to move my car out from the driveway one day for them to put a machinery.

Loved the experience. This specific property was clean, tidy, quiet, organized and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. Bonnie, the property manager, was quick to respond to any questions and provide helpful guidance.

The condo was perfect! Very beautiful, clean, quite and in a great location. We loved the view while having dinner on the balcony. The condo had many board games and toys to enjoy throughout the resort. We definitely love to go back and stay a little longer!

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. Very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only issue we had was the ice maker doesn’t produce ice very fast, so I advise picking up extra ice just in case. All and all, great experience. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed watching the sunrise and rainbows over the mountains and peek a boo view of the lake. Easy access to lake activities by walking. Bbq grill had propane, well stocked with spices and cooking Supplies. We enjoyed the water floats, games and put out clubs
Rented kayaks, jet skis and peddle boats. Smoked s’mores on the beach firepit and attended the pirates days festival at night.

Another fabulous stay at Wapato Point
Got lucky with the weather this year and was able to enjoy all amenities. The pool, beach, putt putt and fishing toys that 510B lends for their guests was a big hit for our Kids! Thanks for the great time at an awesome place!

Chelan getaway
This condo and resort were perfect for what our family was looking for! Great sandy beach and park for kids, outdoor and indoor pools and plenty of things to do even in Covid times. Highly recommend this place.

Lake Chelan Vacation - late July 2021
We had a great time at this property. We have been visiting Wapato Point for about 25 years and have seen a wide range of rental units that include both homes and condos. Unit 510B might be the best appointed/furnished condo available at Wapato Point in terms of overall amenities (bedding, furniture, updated kitchen/laundry appliances, dishes/silverware, beach-related equipment, and layout). It is clear the unit has been updated to meet current needs. One small detail that I particularly enjoyed was that all the electrical outlets had USB ports for charging devices; this was very accommodating to charge our phones and laptops. We appreciated that the unit was quiet and still conveniently located on the property. We will consider this property for future visits.

XCountry Ski Trip
Place was wonderful. Halmaka condos/duplexes are nice. Plenty of parking for 3 cars and easy to load/unload our gear. Plenty of beds for our group. Our small issues were lack of any coasters and no placemats for the dining table. Also, this is the first VRBO where we were required to pay for damage insurance. Not real thrilled with that -it was pricey enough as it was.

Nice place for family
We came here for a long weekend family get together and it did not disappoint at all. Plenty of space to hangout throughout the home. The views from the upper deck were spectacular as we were facing the apple orchards and the lake in the distance. The home was right across from a pool , and there was also an indoor pool on the resort property as well. The lake was a short walk away with paddleboards and jetskiis for rent. Plenty of entertainment for every family member. :) will be coming back for sure !

Second year at this 3 bedroom condo at Wapato Point Resort
The resort is the best for families with all the rentals available, pools, and beach area with sand. Very close to many wineries and restaurants. The condo was remodeled in 2017/2018 and we love it. Great location to a pool and the walk to the beach isn't too bad. It has a great view. Everyone loved it and the kitchen is just the right size.

Trouble With Internet
This was an amazing home. Our family had a wonderful time during our week stay. Plenty of room to spread out for a little privacy, and plenty of room to gather together as a group.
The only issue we had was the internet was down for a couple of days so some of us couldn't do the work we needed to do while on vacation. TV and cable was also affected. Not a big deal for some, but others in our group missed it. It was fixed 3 days into our stay. We would rent again!

Perfect house for adults with kids
This duplex was perfect for 3 kids, their Mom, and us, the grandparents. My daughter’s family stayed downstairs in 2 bedrooms, one for the kids with a queen and bunk beds, tge other for adults. Those share a good sized bathroom. Upstairs we had a separate bedroom and bath with a door that made it private from the kitchen and living area. This is the most well equipped house I have ever rented. The kitchen is great with everything you’d need. There is a closet by the garage with beach chairs, towels, a cart for hauling stuff, sports equipment, and pool toys. There’s a pool right across the street and a big indoor pool nearby. The beach is a short walk down a hill. The house has been remodeled so almost everything looks new. We loved it!
