Great Surfside condo. Direct beach access and wonderful view from the balcony. Would definitely recommend and revisit. There are steps as it’s a third floor unit, but didn’t mind at all….the view and location are worth it! Thanks!

Stayed here for a week. It was in the perfect location, right on the beach. Great size for our 4 adults and 3 kids. Easy access to the beach. Quiet location. Very clean and everything worked great!

The place was great except for the walk up the stairs. Which really isn’t that bad. We would definitely stay there again.

This is our second time staying here. We love the Surfside Beach and the location of this condo. Nice walk to restaurants. The weather was perfect.

The place has great views. Close to beach and shopping and restaurants. The condo was spacious. Sunrises beautiful pool was nice and close. Bathrooms and floors clean but the kitchen cabinets inside and out filthy.refrigerator was needed cleaned Mattress covers and couch covers were dirty. The door to deck was very hard to open and shut

Great location, very roomy, and loved being close to the beach. The condo was very clean the only down fall was the drain in the front shower was very slow to drain so we avoided using the shower in that bathroom. I should have notified the owner the first day to have the issue addressed but we were fine using one shower. But the last day we were there the handle on the shower in the master bathroom was loose and when trying to pull the handle out to turn on the water on the entire handle disconnected. So we were.not able to use the shower in the master bathroom. I would highly recommend this rental property. The location was fabulous and the sunrise and sunset were amazing!

Property was just as advertised. The only downside to the property was there was no elevator for move in and groceries, but the view is worth the steps.

Place was very clean and is exactly as pictured! The view was perfect and loved spending the mornings and evenings on the lanai. Would definitely book this property again!

This property was well appointed, clean and very accommodating! Overall it was a good experience. The only downside was the stairs to the 3rd floor. For a 60 something with bad knees that was a challenge!!

We loved this condo! Perfect location, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and spectacular views! Highly recommend this place! We had 2 families with 4 adults, 3 kids ages 10-13. All of us enjoyed ourselves😊

It was our second stay and equally as enjoyable. The owner use absolutely amazing and the kitchen use staffed much better than most rentals. Our family and friends will definitely continuer to stay here. 30 year tradition with a new place to make new memories💖

The property was nice and the location was really good, but there were some things that should have been handled better. First, when we got there, we noticed there were no towels. I asked the owner and she said towels are not included. I hadn’t realized that so off to Wal-Mart for towels. Later, when getting ready for bed, we found there were no sheets or pillow cases. I looked at the listing again, and sure enough, it said it - literally the very last line of a long listing. I would expect that to be bolded, highlighted and reminded. Also, when I asked about towels, she should have said that sheets were also not included - since I obviously missed that - so I didn’t have to make a late run to Wal-Mart twice. During our stay they were painting the sidewalks - all the sidewalks that led to our unit. We had no way to get to our unit without walking in wet paint. The painters seemed shocked that we’d want to get to our unit. We had to maneuver through some bushes and walk in wet paint. And the painters said, be sure you don’t have dirt on your feet. Really? Very poorly planned. It was nice enough, but I don’t think I’d stay again due to these inconveniences. There are too many other good places from which to choose.

This was a great place to stay for our group of friends. It was clean and the location is great! A short walk to the pool and beach made things so easy. No elevator wasn’t big deal and we are all 62 years old😁 I have another group in two weeks going again!

Awesome condominium. Beautiful views from every window. Very comfortable. Owner was very quick and responsive answering our questions. Loved the sunrise views from the windows and the deck. Oceanfront is the way to go. Thank you!

My family really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and the location is awesome. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. I would definitely stay there with my friends and family again or recommend it to those of you perusing.

Clean, comfortable, great location!

We began each morning watching a beautiful sunrise from the deck with coffee in hand. When we were not visiting our boys at CCU which was less than a 20 minute car ride, we enjoyed the view and beachfront, toes in the sand. The property felt like home away from home, comfortably sleeping seven of us. Well, maybe better than home with the oceanfront property! :)

Great location and beach views, communication was excellent. Beds could use some updating and it could use a coat of paint but we would definitely stay again because of the awesome location!

The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The balcony is right on the ocean with beautiful views. The pool was really nice and there's a beach entrance from the pool. Located near the pier and restaurant restaurants. Great place to stay

We enjoyed the condo, and everything provided to make meals during our family vacation. If you're looking for slow pace, relaxation and great local restaurants, Surfside is your place. Only .3 miles to Wood Fired Pizza, Seafood and the Pier once its open. We are already planning our trip for 2023!

Property is adjacent to a public beach access - very easy to get to the beach. View from balcony goes perfectly with morning coffee.

Very nice view on the ocean. Surfside is perfect for families with little kids. The condo is lovely decorated and well equiped. The cabinet kitchen would need a little refresh and a 4 four slices toaster would be appropriate for a condo of this size. One of the bedroom is actually a mezzanine. We had a great time. I would go back.

Property was as advertised, clean fully stocked and the parking was easy.

Maybe i didn’t read the “fine print” but i didn’t see anywhere that sheets and towels were not provided and i would be charged $100 if i wanted to rent them, THEN make up our own beds. But also, no toilet paper was provided, nor paper towels, nor bath soap. We had to go to store numerous times to get things we thought was provided, and we NEEDED! The place is weathered, worn, needs updating, and a cockroach crawled on my daughter’s foot!! The beds were super uncomfortable! The check in is 4:30p and checkout is BEFORE 10a! And no late checkout and if you go past 10a, they will charge you $100!! Many times they’ll charge you $100 if you don’t pay attention to all the rules! At least the A/C was free—i think!!
