This is my second stay at this property and I absolutely love it. ❤️ It’s darn near perfect. The condo is beautiful and the outside area is gorgeous. We loved taking a walk and seeing the deer in the evenings and we lived on the porch looking at the lake. We spent hours on the dock. It was a fabulous weekend and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you!!

We have been staying at the lake for the last severalyears. in different places. This was the best so far. Well equipped, attractive decore, beautiful views of the lake, convient to Westlake. This property we will return to next year!

This is our third stay at the Ritter's condo and it was just as lovely as the first. The condo has everything you need and the complex is so quiet and peaceful. We love the fact that you can see the water from most every room and that the lake is just steps from your patio. The daily ice cream boat is the perfect hot-weather treat! Highly recommend!

The condo was outstanding in every way. It was clean and supplied with everything we needed for a weekend at the lake. I especially appreciated the linens. The sheets fit the mattresses and did not pop off all night. The towels were large, thick and absorbent.
The kitchen was well organized and had high quality equipment.
We were surprised with the basket of little snacks. Small things like that made this rental stand apart from others.
The view cannot be beat. My 88 year old mother was able to enjoy the lake even though she is limited in her mobility.
One of the best rentals we have experienced.

We loved your condo! It is nicely decorated, comfortable and well stocked with all the necessary things. The location was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening, We found it to be very peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be returning!
The only issue we had was the heat of the week we were there (July 8-12). The daily temps were in the high 90's and one day it was 101! The condo was very warm in the evenings, upper 70's.
I also wanted to let you know that the master bathroom sink was slow to drain.

The condo is beautiful. First floor walkout to the lake shore, swimming off the dock and boarding your rental boat. The Ritters genuinely want you to have the best time. They go above and beyond to provide resources suggesting activities, restaurants and attractions and more. All TV 's are loaded with multiple streaming services to relax at night with a movie. Kitchen has everything you need and even had some snacks waiting for us when we arrived. We hope to come back next year! Thank you!

This is our family’s fourth stay at Matt Ritter’s beautiful condo on Smith Mountain Lake. The accommodations have always been outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch area for entertaining friends from out of town. The weather was absolutely beautiful this year. We also enjoy the many shopping and dining options available in the area. We highly recommend this vacation spot for anyone wanting to unwind and relax.

We enjoyed a great weekend at this property. It was very neat & tidy & tastefully decorated. Ate in one night & enjoyed the lake view from inside & down at the dock. Neighborhood is safe & people are friendly, good location for walking. Easy to get around & close proximity to good restaurants. We visited a couple of local wineries. Lots to see & do, we would stay again.

We loved our stay at Get to the Pointe! It had plenty of space for our family of 4. The unit was clean, well decorated and the view was amazing. We loved using the patio for relaxing as we looked out at the water. The building and the docks were well maintained as well as the landscaping. We enjoyed swimming and other water activities off the docks which had a beautiful mountain view. Everyone there was very friendly. We would definitely come back again!

This flat is right IB the lake, with a wonderful view of the lake through the large sitting room windows. There is a dock you can swim off and the owners have life jackets and inflatables. The owners are extremely responsive with questions about the flat.

The property is very clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of the lake. We were traveling with an elderly relative and access to the condo was no issue.
The owner was friendly and very responsive to any questions I had.

The moment we walked in to Matt’s condo, we were welcomed by beautiful scenery of the water & the tree lines from the mountain. We could not help but saying “wow.”
The interior was not only well decorated but the amenities like coffee, tea, pots & pans, down to spoons were well stocked.
The communication was smooth and everything was as described & advertised.
We would love to revisit in the near future!

Every time we thought of something we needed, you search and found it. Even though the weather didn't cooperate one day we found it relaxing to sit out on the patio. Rented a boat for a day to explore the lake. We've been at SML years ago but this is the first time we rented on the lake and we will definitely do it again.

Floating off of the dock was the perfect way to spend the day. The ice cream boat came by and we had ice cream while floating!
The views are amazing and the condo is unbelievably comfortable. High quality linens and comfortable beds. We were ready to move in!

The most perfect condo on Smith Mountain Lake!
This was our first time at Smith Mountain Lake and we could not have asked for a more perfect getaway. The hosts were super helpful and quickly answered all of my questions. The condo was beautiful, spotless, very comfortable and the location was exactly what we were looking for. We used the floating docks every day and loved having a cocktail on the patio before leaving for dinner each evening. You definitely have to drive wherever you go, but nothing was too far. Had a great stay and will definitely be back!

This was our first trip to Smith Mountain Lake and this home was perfect for our needs. It is nicely furnished - including a comfortable patio with a great view of the lake. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive and the Welcome Guide recommending places to visit and restaurants in the area was a wonderful resource. Thank you

When our usual place was unavailable due to sale, we found Matt’s place and were still able to be near my parents place. It was clean and open and has one of the best views on the lake!
