The staff was police, friendly and happy to assist at any given time

The hotel is 4 star but looks like 2… the rooms are pretty old and also after 11pm the heather seems to turn off and the room gets colder… there was no wardrobe in the room and not a place I will return..

Receptionist were friendly and facilities are excellent.

it is too expensive compared to what it offers. these 4 **** are probably left from 20 years ago. apart from towels and hair dryer they don't offer anything.

the location is fine and the hotel rooms clean

the hotel is really outdated, beds are not comfortable, no AC, and the breakfast is really, really horrible. There are almost no options, no fresh ingredients or fruits or something like that. skip the breakfast ;)

Staff at the hotel was TOP NOTCH! They were beyond helpful with recommendations, travel assistance & holding bags. The taxis were not running, so they even helped me get to the train station with my bags. The shower was superb. Water pressure was phenomenal!Incredible experience!

Bed could have been more comfortable.
