J'adore la situation géographique avec cette vue époustouflante sur la baie de Rosas unique dans les environs.
Je descends dans cet hôtel très souvent mais durant mes séjours j'ai constaté qu'il y avait très peu d'équipement de vaisselle. J'ai donc demandé une poêle suffisamment grande cette fois-ci pour faire cuire deux magnifiques bars achetés au port de Rosas. Certains appartements sont pour 6 personnes et je sais qu'ils peuvent disposer d'ustensibles de grande taille. Impossible ! La personne à l'accueil n'avait pas envie de demander à l'intendance d'envoyer quelqu'un pour satisfaire ma demande ... Je suis très déçue.

Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient
The room smelled a lot like tobacco. Furniture is very old and the bed is really uncomfortable. We could barely sleep due to the noise coming from other rooms. The kitchen didn't have basic supplies like paper towel, soap, sponge ...Value for money is not good at all.

Great location, only 100m next to the sea. Free parking in the street. Free wifi was ok. Kind staff.
In very old condition. Lifts doing creepy noises. We were happy every time the doors opened again. Every furniture was old and not comfortable. I'm only 1,72 and even for me the beds were too small. Room was very cold. The rooms smelling cigarettes, and even when you enter the hotel, the mail lobby, has not a good smell. And that for a high price, in April...
All in all, an hotel in such a location, could or should be a gold treasure, if it would be in good condition. With the same staff, totally refurbished rooms, sanitary, lifts, and restaurant, I would surely give it 5 stars.

Very poor kitchen facilities. Very old rooms and unconfortable sofa-bed, it is not a bed at all. The air conditionair is on the living room so at nigth in the bedroom was terribly hot for sleeping. No cleaning facilities abailable so tou can not clean your room, as the cleaning team just make the bed, anything else

It's close to the beach.
The cost per night is very high for such a very old style apartment. The cuisine equipments dates of 80s. The light switch wire was just hanging around. The sofa bed matters & the bed matters are too bad.

Location is great, shops/beach/restaurants all very near-by. Spacious terrace with the room, hard but good beds. Breakfast is basic but of good quality, narrow but safe parking garage. Public parking space around the hotel is free. Empuria getting alive in the evening.
Room quality is close to poor, seems like little investment was done since the 80s. Basic furniture, kitchen that is long overdue, cardboard walls, feet that are sandy without having visited the beach...

Location was perfect. The staff were super nice and accommodating.
The whole hotel was falling apart. The bathroom was disgusting and the furniture was like from 1980s. The pool looked old and the sockets were like a fire waiting to happen. The lift was shady and slow.

View from the balcony. Plenty of space. Good breakfast. Perfect for our needs. Great location.
No soundproofing between rooms, so it was quite noisy but I quite enjoyed hearing people laughing and joking 😁 Might be a problem in high season!

The view and the friendly helpful reception staff, other than that, nothing. Look elsewhere.
The furniture and kitchen feels like they haven't been updated since the 70's. Outdated and in a state of disrepair. Massively overpriced for what you get, at over €600 euro for 3 nights it's not worth it. The owners need to at least invest some of what they're making in renovations. Absloutley shocking, avoid at all costs.
