This is a lovely property, exactly as described in the listing. Having breakfast next to the pool was a great way to start our days. The property is quiet but conveniently located and Maria is a wonderful host, kind, thoughtful and responsive. Our absolute first choice in Wellington.

Maria was an awesome host. Excellent communication right from the beginning. She was very accommodating. She even bought me travel mugs & a thermos to take my coffee to work with me in the morning. The room is very comfortable & had everything I needed during my stay. it was conveniently located near grocery store and restaurants. Will definitely be staying with them again. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property and wonderful host. Maria made sure that my daughter and I had everything we needed and more. The room was well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was heavenly after a long day at a steamy horse show. I highly recommend both this property and amazing host ❤️

Maria was a wonderful hostess for our 6 night stay in Wellington. We loved the studio - it had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It's location at the center of Wellington was excellent and adjacent to horse-related activities. We walked each morning in the neighborhood and biked to the Wellington Preserve one evening. We highly recommend this property.

I stayed in this guest suite for 2 nights early in December and it was very relaxing and clean. It has all of the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and also is very close the the Palm Beach Equestrian center. I would definitely recommend this host to others ans would also stay here again!

I had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed Maria and Tim. Great place for my dog as well. So convenient to WEF. Maria is a fantastic cook. For a few extra bucks I got some great meals, well worth it. I will be back for sure!

Maria was an excellent hostess. Very kind and thoughtful, was happy to socialize or not depending on clients wishes. She was so accommodating with my dog. The room was very comfortable and nicely equipped. Love the location in Wellington… Very central to shopping …to the horses and other venues.

I needed to be in Wellington for 2 reasons to see one of my besties who lives there now in the horse community and to get some surgery done. Maria's guest house was perfect. She very kindly picked us up from the airport and our flight arrived very late but she still went above and beyond to make sure we arrived at her location safely. The room is extremely comfortable and the bed is huge and there was enough room for 2 people and 2 dogs, that's the other bonus, extremely pet friendly. We bought both our pups with us and Maria even supplied us with doggie dishes. Very large shower and modern bathroom. The kitchenette has a hot plate, microwave and toaster oven. Also all the cook ware. Very good AC but we slept with the door open because it was so lovely to look out to the pool and tropical paradise from the bed. The pool is right there outside so no need to have to walk far. I chose this spot for its privacy and not having to deal with the added drama a hotel brings regarding other guests and annoying staff. Washer and dryer are avail also if you need to wash riding pants or towels from the beach. Tim and Maria went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in their home. Will definitely book here again when I come back to Wellington.

We had the best experience here! The owners went above and beyond in every way possible. They did everything they could to ensure our comfort and safety. Can’t wait to stay again!

Everything about our stay was perfect! Perfect size, perfect location, perfect amenities! My daughter and I were in town for a horse show and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Maria was wonderful and accommodating. The space was exactly what we needed and everything was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

This property is perfect for a couple or single. Plenty of storage, large shower and double vanity. Close to the Equestrian Community and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and parks. We were visiting our daughter so did not use the kitchen equipment other than the fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. However the cooking surfaces and the toaster oven all very nice. It was wonderful to have access to the outdoor space, pool and lanai.i Maria and her family are great, accommodating and want you to feel at home. Highly recommend.

We made a last minute decision to take a couple of days off to attend the Palm Beach Boat Show downtown. We booked Maria of Spain Guest Suite, which ended up being an easy drive to and from the event. Maria and her family were lovely and their pool was a very welcome amenity in the evenings after spending long days on our feet. We chose to eat, almost exclusively, from host recommended Wellington local restaurants which were all fantastic and less than a mile away. Would definitely book again if in the area!
