Big room with balcony area facing the pool area. The room is big and bed was excellent. Big bathroom and shower. The hotel has a big pool area and bar. Excellent buffet breakfast served daily with a lot of options. Friendly staff to help you with everything you may need. Beautiful lobby. Beach front with lounges sitting area free of charge to take the sun and enjoy the beach. As gift from the hotel we had a bottle of local white wine and fruits. Quite area for relax, walking distance to a lot of good places to eat and drink. Definitely will consider staying again.

The resort is very clean and staff are very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options and a few new items every day. The location is near the beach but is far from fira and oia.

Great Location with access to private black sand beach.

Table tennis and Gym was mentioned during booking, but those were closed due to low season. Also all the activities near the beach was not available due to low season. Not a great option to stay if you are traveling in April or after summer.

Value for money, the access to the beach is great. Their rental car service was pretty efficient and their transfer arrangements were excellent

Check in was too long because you have the fill a form by handwriting per each passenger, would be much more nicer if they had a pre-printed paper with your details so you can just sign or correct if necessary or allow you to do digital check in to save time.

Property was direct on the sea. Quiet and room seas with 42 m2 comfortable. Shuttle to Fira and OIA was available. nice Restaurants very near by.

Breakfast was from 8 to 10. Should at least to 10:30.

From the time we arrived at Santo Miramare to our last day we felt incredibly welcomed and attended to. The staff was very kind and helpful. The evening desk staff that greeted us upon our arrival was exceptional and made us feel right at home. The resort is stunning and we had a fabulous time making use of the beach, resort pools, complimentary breakfast, and fabulous snack bar. We loved walking up and down the nearby street in the evenings to find exceptional restaurants (which all provided us with amazing food and excellent service.)

I am hard pressed to find anything I did not like about the resort. One thing that would have been helpful would have been a room sign so we could tell housekeeping staff that we were still sleeping. But we soon figured out their routine and the housekeeping staff was quick, effective, and very nice.

Excellent location, on the famous black beach. The particularly kind staff made our stay special. Impeccable cleanliness and excellent services.

Excellent resort, delicious breakfasts and dinners, abundant, super good nightly Greek music show, very friendly cleaning staff (Edmont and Nikoleta, excellent people). The Hotel is 8 minutes walking where there is the bus stop with air conditioning that takes you to Fira for €2.60, then there you take another bus to Oia for €1.20 and from there you can go to the Airport by €1.20 ... the bus stop is called Perivolos Beach. Resort pools very good.

we've stayed 5 days at the Miramare and we were very satisfied with our family room, cleanness, kindness of the staff and fantastic food at breakfast and dinners. The pools were also big enough for all the guests.

There is nothing we didn't like. One observation on the price for 25cl of sparkling water for 3 € , this is absurd.

Lovely hotel with beautiful pools and right on a nice beach. Many restaurants nearby, the breakfast was very good. The stuff all very kind and helpful.

We stayed in 2 rooms that you need to climb quite a lot of stairs to reach, and with a baby it was not the best. They couldn't change our so we managed. We would've love to have a little coffee machine in the room or some coffee facilities.

Great location with a private beautiful beach and 4 pools

The staff wasn’t very helpful. Breakfast was basically the same every day, and not really diverse. No coffee machine in the dining room so if you want to drink ground coffee you have to pay for it at the bar that opens at 10:00.

Hotel was clean and close to a lovely beach - staff were friendly and helpful.

Some guests were up at 8.00 scraping sun loungers around and most were taken by 9.00. Room cleaner arrived by 10 ish and so not very relaxing. Food was bland and the cocktails were of a very poor quality.

The hotel was beautiful very clean the staff where lovely worked very hard for Demitria and the team of waiters down to the man who cleaned the pool

I liked everything about it. I paid extra for a deluxe room, which was lovely. All the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. There were lots of staff too so we didn't have to wait for anything. Food on the buffet was kept topped up, it was good with lots of variety. We used a taxi firm recommended by the hotel to the airport, which were excellent.

I wish they had music at the bar most nights, instead of just one, because my husband has mobility problems and cant walk far. I knew this beforehand, so we were not disappointed.

Breakfast was mediocre. We were with kids and they didn't have pancakes. Kids stopped going for breakfast in the lasts days. Other than that the whole stay was awesome.
