The house is beautiful. There was 6 of us ladies. Ages from mid 40s to late 60s. I slept in one of the bunk beds, comfy. The fire pit was nice. The only thing to watch for is a little bump between the kitchen and living room could trip you if not careful. But not bad. I’d recommend this house to friends 😊

It’s our Second time back renting Catch n Relax. We really like this home because it’s a single floor home with a flat yard. It’s great for corn hole and children activities. There’s a basketball goal so don’t forget your ball. We also enjoyed the new patio furniture outside and look forward to visiting again after the upgraded fire-pit is finished. I especially enjoyed sitting outside in the morning and having breakfast while taking in the fresh air and views. Great place to rent for families!!!!

The home was comfortable and spacious. The beds were SUPER comfy. The deck is great, and we loved sitting on the dock at night and enjoying the quiet cove. The kids loved swimming off the dock. Great location to town. Our only complaint is that the sofa had an odor and needs to be replaced or steam cleaned. (We just covered it in blankets.) Everything else in the house was emaculate!

We loved our visit this past weekend! We enjoyed floating off of the dock, grilling on the porch, and the kids loved playing with the books and toys provided. An excellent property in a GREAT location close to everything in Hiawassee - boat rentals, shopping, and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

This house was beautiful. We had a family of 8 and all slept comfortably. Whenever I reached out to the property manager she was very fast with responding, also the dock is very secluded so we brought the kids floats and tied them to the dock and they enjoyed it . Definitely will be renting this home again.

We went on a weekend getaway with my sisters in law’s families and had a fantastic time. The house was clean, organized, well equipped and in a great location. We were able to grill out and enjoy the fire pit area on a chilly Saturday night. Thank you for everything and we really hope to return next year.

This is a great place to stay. The location of the house is fantastic -- it's on a beautiful lake that is great for swimming, boating, and any other water sport. The grounds of the house are well kept and lovely. On the lake side of the house, there is a good size deck with plenty of chairs and table. The inside of the house is very clean and comfortable and provides all you would need for a home stay. Check In and Check Out all easy. Can unequivocally recommend staying here!! It is 100% great.

This house was great. We were there for a high school fishing tournament. The launching boat ramp was just around the bend. House was very clean and had everything we needed. We have 2 more years of these tournaments so we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here, in fact will be booking again very soon. Can't tell you how nice it is to have a private dock area that isn't getting pounded by waves from boats. Very quiet, and beautiful. No issues at all. Highly Recommend this property!!!

House is just as it appears in pictures. Beautiful location on Lake Chatuge with mountain views from large backyard. Was a great home base for the many adventures we took. We went to High Shoals falls which is only about 15 minutes away and is a beautiful hike. Helen is about 25 minutes away where we tubed, did the mountain coaster and visited the town and was great fun. We also visited the Great Smokey Mountains and Gatlinburg which was about an hour and half drive. Lastly we rafted the Ocoee River which was also and hour and a half away (lots of fun). Just listed these things to show just a few of the things you can do in this location. The house itself had everything we needed and was very clean. There is a boat dock out back that we used for swimming a couple of times. Tried fishing once but didn't catch anything. Would definitely come back to this location again. Highly recommend.

The Catch and Relax house in Hiawassee is a beautiful property nestled on the quieter side of Lake Chatuge. The dock is awesome for laying out and fishing. We had a wonderful time at the house and enjoying the awesome yard and the fire pit. Everything we could have ever imagined was in the house. We never once needed a utensil or kitchen item that wasn’t present. We didn’t leave the house the whole weekend because there was so much to enjoy just hanging out at the property. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The table and umbrella were no longer on the back deck for eating outdoors which was disappointing. There was a deck chair that was broken and was a hazard. The outdoor grill doors were broken. The lily pad float was covered with geese poop, rocks and generally in such poor condition that it should be removed and disposed of. Additionally we had to request that the water be turned on for the outside shower. The owners did fix the dock from the previous year so that is much nicer. For the price per night, we would expect that everything be in good working order which was not the case. We felt the care of the place had diminished since our last visit
