Great location right on the beach.

Loved staying here! You can’t beat the location- so close to the beach! Enjoyed the beautiful view from the private balcony. Loved seeing dolphins on morning walks. Unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

We vacationed with our grown children (6 adults total), and the condo was roomy enough for all of us. It was just as pictured and described. The kitchen had all necessities and everything worked, though the appliances (except the fridge) were quite dated. We had no issues with the showers as mentioned in an earlier review. We enjoyed the extra large balcony and even had room to spare! The views were gorgeous, just steps from the beach. There's a large closet on the balcony; it has several beach items for renters' use, but we brought our own chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards, and had plenty of room to store them each afternoon. Thank you, Jerry, for sharing your condo with us. It was our first trip to Carolina Beach, and we enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our week at this condo. It was a great layout and definitely roomy. Great views! Highly Recommended.

Great view and great location always have a great time here

It was great stay proximity to the beach is a huge plus.

For the price and view it was great! The beds were very comfortable although the bunkbeds were very squeaky. There were lots of pots and pans which was nice as a lot of places don't have a good set. The cookie sheets and silverware need to be replaced and there could have been more silverware to be honest. We had 7 people and it was tight for a meal. The furniture could use a good steam clean but they were very comfortable. We brought a Roku so we could watch Netflix, etc. which I highly recommend. The 3 flights of stairs was tiring and we had one on crutches so it was tough. The water pressure for the showers wasn't great and we all had to shower in the main shower with the tub as the shower head in the other shower was not even usable. It needs to be replaced. We had a great time and Jerry was very responsive when we needed advice on the hot water. There were beach toys and a few boogie boards - all of which were in great shape. The beach chairs weren't really useable, so I recommend bringing your own. We were able to check in early which was really great. The pool wasn't open and it opens the last weekend of April. It was probably too cold anyway. All in all, we had a great time!

This was the perfect space for a winter beach getaway. The home was fabulous except for the tight parking . The owner was responsive and everything was close and accessible . Beautiful ocean views and easy beach access !

It was a good experience renting. We did not receive the check in information until driving to the house. The property was what we expected. It was a good location.

I would definitely book this condo again. The only problem was the tub/shower in 1st room that was leaking to place underneath but the came and fixed it soon as it happened so I really appreciate that. Other than that if felt like home, had a amazing view of beach, clean, spacious, and soooo much more. I loved every sec and eveoits had to offer. The price was also great for 3nights. We stayed here while visiting family. We were lucky to have good weather in November. Condo had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Games, books, beach toys, stocked kitchen, etc. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is just as pictured. The ocean and beach views and the sound of the waves made it a very relaxing time.

Unit was well maintained and spacious. Convenient to everything and nice beach with great views. Didn't use the pool as water was a little cool but is a definite plus and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great place on the beach

We had a great time at Jerry's condo in CB! The pool was a big hit with my 2-year-old, and we were easily able to do beach, pool, and boardwalk all in the same day. The condo had everything we needed (just a heads up - the coffee maker is a Keurig, so make sure you get K-cups!) and lots of beach toys. Thanks again!

Excellent location

This was our second summer renting this condo. The condo offers beautiful views, easy access to the beach, pool amenities, and a short drive to great restaurants and activities. Even the grandparents and small children thought the 3rd floor view was worth the stairs. It was the perfect way to escape for some much needed family time.

We went to Wilmington to play golf with some friends we’ve known for years.We stayed there Wednesday through Sunday had beautiful weather, beautiful view and access to all of the Carolina Beach restaurants. Everything was excellent, I will definitely stay there again and thank you Jerry for allowing us to use your condo

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was so homey and very comfortable with all the amenities we could want or need. The patio is super private and large, with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The pool is perfect and the beach is literally steps away! The only thing I can say to improve would be to get a smart TV :) nothing would open on the current one for us (Netflix etc) but that is minor- the whole stay was so wonderful and we would definitely come back!!

We had a nice stay at Jerry's condo. The condo is an older condo but has had a total renovation and is wonderful! Bathrooms were great! Ocean front was perfect. You get up in the morning and watch the surfers and sunrise. The only downfall we had was no elevator but it was good exercise for us ;) A little much for my 88 year old mother though. The beds were very comfortable too. We had a great stay.

Loved the property, the views and the amount of space we got for the price. Also liked the large shower. Our biggest issue was that we couldn't use one of the tubs because of a potential leak into the apartment below, but I assume that will be fixed soon. Also keep in mind that the three flights of steps up to the third floor could be a bit of an issue for older guests.

Perfect location for smaller kids to have access to the beach. If they got tired we just headed right back or a quick walk up the stairs for an extra shovel. Plenty of space and had a blast watching the waves from the balcony.
