This was the 2nd year my family and I stayed here. We love it! Planning to rent again next summer. The owners are very nice and receptive to any issues that may arise.

We stayed with our three kids and my parents and the Sandpiper was perfect. We all loved it. Kids loved the pool. Communication was easy and the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet easy to get places. Would definitely recommend.

Great house for multi-generational family vacation.

This was our second year at Sandpiper. Five adults, three children all say yes to Sandpiper. Communication with the owner is outstanding. House had everything we needed plus wonderful small touches. Can’t imagine renting any other place.

What a wonderful property to stay at down in Falmouth. The house has everything you can need and more. Kate and Frank are fantastic hosts and they give you a wonderful packet to make your stay seamless. Couldn't recommend this place enough for any families looking for a fun filled trip to the Cape!

We are a family of 9, including 4 children aged 4 and younger. We had a brief but wonderful stay in this well-located, private, comfortable home. Both the children and the adults really enjoyed staying there. We had no problems and so had little contact with our hosts, but they checked in regularly to be sure everything was going well. I would certainly recommend it to others.

My family was delighted with our VRBO. It was clean and spacious. We had 5 adults and 2 children ages 6& 8. We used the heated salt water pool at least once a day , often more. The basement area was great with ping pong, darts, & foosball keeping the kids happily entertained. Room for everyone to spread out both inside and outside. Beds were comfortable. Nice showers. Close to beaches and restaurants. Welcome booklet very helpful guide to area activities and restaurants. Good communication with hosts. It was perfect for us.

The house was over the top! Great spot, pool, amenities and location!

We had another great stay at this wonderful home in walking distance to a kid friendly town beach on Buzzards Bay with great sunset views. The recently redone pool area at the house was quite nice. Thes kitchen was stocked with a nice complement of kitchenware and everything was perfectly clean. Bikes and beach chairs at the house are a nice convenience as well. Highly recommend for a relaxing family vacation!

Can't say enough about Sandpiper. From it's location to the surrounding lush greenery it's perfect. The house is lovely and roomy, equipped with all you need. The pool is gorgeous! My grandkids as well as the adults thoroughly enjoyed it. The hosts supplied a welcome basket (which you hardly see anymore) and they were a pleasure to deal with. We a hoping to book again next year.

A hidden gem in the woods of Falmouth!

This was our second time at Sandpiper and we had another wonderful week. The owners, Kate & Frank, made very nice upgrades to the pool area, and the rest of the house, location, etc. were just as nice as we remembered. Kate was quick to respond to a couple questions/requests we had and very accommodating once again. This is an amazing property with very nice owners, and we hope to be back again someday soon!

Our family, ages 3 to 75 spent a fabulous long weekend at Sandpiper. The house had something for everyone. It’s comfortable and spacious. The owners have paid attention to details that make the stay a joy. We all gave it a five star review.

I stayed here with friends for a girls weekend in Falmouth and we had a wonderful time. Extremely clean, which is very important to me. The location is the best of both worlds - tucked away so it's like a private oasis, but it's very close to downtown Falmouth which is filled with great restaurants and shopping locations. We loved going out to the restaurants downtown but hated leaving this house each time! Kate and Frank were extremely welcoming and responsive. They kindly let us check in early, and gave us extra time on checkout so we could enjoy the morning at the house.

Kate and Frank were perfect hosts and the house was just what we were looking for. We loved all the little personal touches (like the Chequesset chocolate, yum), and the level of communication was perfect. Warm pool, spacious rooms, comfy linens … and a great secluded spot close to town. Rode the bike back and forth to town a couple times for pastries! And a very easy walk to the beach. All in all - very highly recommended.

We just spent a terrific week at the Sandpiper home in Falmouth. The host family, Kate and Frank, are very thoughtful and responsive. The house was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and private. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. The house is located less than half mile from the beach and very close to the shining sea bike path. We will definitely return next time we travel to the Cape.

Excellent home with details as fine as any VRBO we've ever rented (many). Everything warrants a 5-star rating with particular note on the #1, KITCHEN= / appointments/ utensils/ arrangement----and #2, the BEDDING= was of the highest quality. Owner is very positive and communicative. Property surpasses the written description in comfort and quality.

We spent 2 week in this amazing vacation home and every detail was beyond our expectations from beginning to end. Before you arrive you are sent the most detailed and thoughtful book giving you information about the house and the contents inside (a packing dream) along with information about the area (where to eat, where to go to the park, beaches, stores, you name it it is in there!). Then you arrive to the house. Gorgeous! The decor, the natural light, the warm pool, large table for family dinners, the amazing grill...I could go on all day. They also left the most kind welcome basket with items for us and our daughter. Then you realize the kitchen is beyond stocked. I don't think there is anything missing for any chef. (They have 4 different coffee makers!) The beach nearby is a small skip and a jump...perfect beach (one of my most favorite in Massachusetts) for a family to enjoy the afternoon. Falmouth is such a lovely town. We were ages 5 to 75 and everyone left feeling refreshed with smiles and memories to last. Kate and Frank couldn't have been lovelier hosts. (and SO responsive!) Honestly, you couldn't ask for more. 5 stars from beginning to end. We hope to return soon. Thank you for such a fantastic vacation!

This cape cod home was a lovely way for my family and I to end the summer. The home is full of natural light is decorated very tastefully and has the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental home. If you like to cook it his house is great. The pool is lovely and totally secluded from the neighbor’s view. Sadly the weather didn’t cooperate so we only had a couple days on the pool but if we could have we would have been in every day. The beds are very comfortable and both primary suites are spacious. The other 2 rooms were perfect for the kids with one having a bunk bed with trundle. Frank and Kate were extremely helpful. They were quick to reply to any questions and gave us many recommendations for activities on the cape. They were lovely hosts. If our travel plans put us back on the cape, we would certainly love to stay here again.

The property was perfect for our family vacation with adult children and grandchildren. Plenty of space, very clean and well furnished with well outfitted kitchen. The pool and deck area were very relaxing and short walk to very pretty, kid friendly beach made it an easy excursion. Short drive to downtown shopping too.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Kate & Frank have gone to great lengths to ensure a leisurely stress free vacation experience. The kitchen truly has everything you need to cook, They provide a few extra chairs and cooler for the beach, The super soft sheets feel great, as a matter of fact I took a picture of the tag to order myself a set for home! I could go on and on and review everything in the house because everything was above and beyond. I'll keep it simple and just say I wholeheartedly recommend this house for your next Falmouth vacation!

Had a really fantastic time with some friends at this property. Kate and Frank are incredibly friendly, kind, and prompt in responses. Prior to arriving, Frank let me know that they were having some issues with the upstairs AC. Frank immediately asked me if we needed extra fans and offered to refund me money for each night that the AC was not working (the AC was fixed after a few days!). Upon arriving, my friends and I found the house to be super clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised. We spent our days in the pool and grilling food on the patio! The house is also super close to a beautiful bike path to Woods Hole and a quick drive to the beach and downtown Falmouth. We could not have asked for a better week. Thank you both!

We are grateful for the week we spent in Falmouth. The home is lovely, and it is amazing to walk into a vacation with all the special touches the owners have in place (welcome gift, home guidebook, toiletries in ever bathroom/shower, comfy beds-the list could go on & on)! Thank you!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the house as well as Kate and Frank and their communication. The house is everything you could want/need and more. The outside space is fantastic. Location is great - private but close to everything! Definitely a great vacation spot!

The swimming pool is heated and even if the outside is not so warm- you still enjoying the pool. There is a nice deck with a big table and 8 comfortable chairs, new big grill, hammock and a lot of flowers and bushes around the house. In the basement kids enjoyed the ping pong, dart and table foosball. It takes 7 min walk to the great beach and 8 min drive to the Falmouse center where you can find restaurants and stores. The owners of the house provide great book with the rules of the house and good directions to places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They were very supportive and respond on messages in a seconds! I would highly recommend this property for anyone who planing vacation on the Cape Code.

My family spent 5 nights at this home, and we wish we had stayed longer. It’s in a great location, a short walk to wood neck beach and a quick drive into town. The house itself was perfect with everything we needed - comfortable beds, several bathrooms, a functional kitchen, a great patio area with a grill, and a nice heated pool with all types of toys/games for kids. The hosts were extremely responsive and thoughtful, leaving us a welcome basket and providing some great tips on restaurants, local activities, etc. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat, and hope to come back someday soon!
