Property accomodates lots of people. Very clean and well maintained. Lots of extras features on the property (game room, theater). Add ons were ready to go day 1.

Tried staying in a house instead of always staying at a Disney property. We loved the property and the community, it had something for everyone. Very clean and neat. Manager very responsive and easy to communicate with. Only concern is the neighbors on either side are very close, you lose somw privacy, they also were pretty loud throughout the night. Neighbors acroos the street were playing loud music at night and even early in the morning. Not much of an enforcement of the codes mentioned on the contract. We would stay again even with some of the concerns.

Fantastic Family vacay close to WDW and anything else you might need on your vrbo getaway. David was quick to respond to any of our concerns. This home was super clean and plenty spacious enough for our group. The kids were WoW-ed by the game room, themed bedrooms and pool. The house was pretty well stocked with items you might need. It was a trip to remember!!

Had a lovely time with my family and two other families. 6 adults, 6 kids. The kids were in the pool the entire time. Perfect place to sit back and relax. Place was clean and and in good condition. Easy check in and out. Host was very responsive to a couple small items. Wish there was another hangout place for the kids inside but that's a small concern. We did day trips (not Disney, but the parks are super close). The community resort was great. Lazy river and the water slides were the highlights.

This house was perfect! We had a wide age range in our group and everyone loved it. The house was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to settle right in after a 15 hour drive from PA. We got there around 9pm and check in was a breeze. Game room was awesome. Kids used the pool and hot tub everyday. We were lucky enough to see an alligator swim up behind the house and a Space X launch from the hot tub! Parks were a easy 10/20 minute drive depending on which park. Other reviews mentioned waiting to get back into neighborhood when returning from parks, we only ever waited a few minutes and we were there one of the busiest weeks of the year! We will definitely be back!

Perfect rooms for all family members! Easy to get to, great communication. Pool was great! Furniture was a little weird, but fit our needs. Would definitely recommend this home for any guests!

Several issues throughout our vacation which ruined our trip and we will not longer be using this service again. Pool did not function properly, theater room did not function at all after multiple attempts and replacement and careless action resulted in an awful experience. Community is nice however. Also there were several bugs in bed after 3 hours of checking in is not inspiring confidence in this service.

Very nice place and fairly close to all attractions. We had our adult kids and 5 grandkids and this home was great and spacious and comfortable for all.

The house was great for our large group. We had plenty of space to spread out and the kids loved the themed rooms. The pool heat wasn’t working and they worked quickly to get a team out to have it fixed. We were very happy with our stay and would return again if coming back to the Orlando area.

The staff at Diamond were very responsive to my questions before check-in. On the day of check-in, they were very accommodating and the house was perfect... especially the game and theater rooms. The whole house was spotless and check-in was a breeze. Their attention to the needs of family of all ages was wonderful, such as having plastic plates, bowls and cups for the little ones, and having cookware large enough to accommodate large families. Small details that were very much appreciated. The only drawback about the house was that the only en suite bathroom upstairs was in the kid's princess room and not in the adult's bedroom, which left the adults having to share bathrooms with the other kids. Otherwise, the house was perfect and very roomy for 13 of us. We will definitely stay again!

This property worked great for our family of 7 adults and 7 kids (ages 2 to 7). The beds were comfy, pool was perfect for the days we weren’t at the parks and we all now want a theater room in our house. Would recommend.

It was great! And it was very clean. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool and so did the adults. It was central to all restaurants and stores which was nice and close to all the theme parks. We would definitely come back again.

A Vacation to Remember
The property was great!!! Spotted a few areas that wasn’t cleaned well but overall it was great. The house looks exactly like the pictures only thing pictures serve no justice. Instead of one day at the clubhouse, the kids wanted to go EVERYDAY!!! The clubhouse is walking distance. We look forward to staying on the property again!!!

Great House!
House was as pictured and expected. Had everything we needed to cook several great, large meals in the home when we decided not to go out to eat. Location is close to everything we wanted to do. The kids loved the pool. After we arrived we decided to pay for the heat in the pool as the hot tub doesn't heat up unless you do. ( I thought the heat was just for the pool, and the hot tub would still be hot, it was not ) No big deal though, it was worth it. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. My only suggestion/complaint would be some comfier, cozier seating in the main living room downstairs. The furniture is very very nice, but not very comfortable for everyone to curl up on and hang out at the end of the day. A big soft sectional would be awesome! Otherwise, I don't have any complaints about our stay. I would recommend and come back to this location again!

Great home set up to host a group, short walk to Target
We had a great stay extended stay in this home and it worked very well for our needs with young children. It was close to target and a short drive to the community pool. It is a busy neighbourhood with lots of people coming and going. The hosts responded to any minor items that came up. It was very close to target which was very convenient. The pool was clean and comfortable. Many nice features with the theatre room and the games room.

Beautiful house
We loved this house. It is as beautiful and spacious as the listing suggests. The property contact Lilia is very attentive and helpful with any questions. The movie theater was our favorite room, and my teenagers lived in the pool. Our only complaint is the occasional loud and inconsiderate neighbors late at night, but that’s not the fault of the property.

Stunning property!
This home is amazing. The kids were so impressed and had a wonderful time. Every detail was perfect. Disney is a lot of work for us with our 4 kids, so it was great that this home and rental process was stress free!! Thank you!!!
