This house is stocked with everything you may need! Very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space to gather and visit with family. Spacious kitchen stocked with all the essentials and then some! Very large tables so large groups can eat all together. Everyone enjoyed the comfortable living spaces for coffee in the mornings before going out for activities. The outdoor areas are set up wonderfully. The pool area is comfortable enough for many people to sit and chat with the people hanging out in the pool as well! Joanne was quick to respond when we had an issue and needed to ask a question. We enjoyed our stay very very much!

Great house for a family or two. Very well stocked kitchen. Good grill too. Close to Harper’s Ferry sites and a few places to eat too.

Check in was easy. House was very clean. Quiet neighborhood, outdoor dining table was great, and everyone loved the pool. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to make delicious meals. Plenty of indoor space that allowed family members quiet time to relax. We had a great time and are definitely interested in staying here again.

Our weekend away with family and our kids was perfect. The house had plenty of entertainment and space for the kids as well as for the adults. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking supplies and wasn’t missing anything. I appreciated that towels for bath and pool were provided to make one less thing to pack. The bedding and pillows were plentiful. I also appreciated that there weren’t a ton of clean up tasks required by the landlord before we left (unlike some other properties we’ve stayed in) making leaving easier and giving me more confidence in the cleanliness since the cleaning before we got there was professionally done and not just by the last tenant. We’ll definitely be back again!

We just had the best weekend in Harpers Ferry largely in part due to this property and everything it entailed!! The house is fantastic for a large group, wonderful common areas and tons of privacy. Everything was comfortable and spacious. Tons of games/activities/trails right on property. The welcome book helped us navigate our weekend easily! We will be making “Decanted” an annual trip for our family reunions!

This house served as the cornerstone of an amazing weekend getaway for our family (2 kids) and another family (2 kids)-- with plenty of room to spare. It was impeccably decorated, clean, and so inviting. The hosts were communicative and wonderfully accommodating. Its location is perfect-- only a mile from "Snow Riders" snow tubing, which we visited and had a blast. This house is by far one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed at and we're already talking about coming back in the Summer to take advantage of that pool!

There were 8 of us. The house was beautifully kept and perfect for us. Bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the three comfy rooms to visit and play games. Did the hot tub and loved it. Overall a great spot.

We had a wonderful Christmas family trip and this home was perfect for our large family. The floor plan is great for a large group due to the 3 living spaces. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Very clean and well managed. I hope we can come back again in the summer and enjoy the pool.

The house is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. The layout of the downstairs is perfect for gathering together without being overcrowded. Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Our group of 5 had an exceptional weekend at this property. The owner was very responsive and quick to respond to communications. The property is well kept and very convenient to everything in Harper's Ferry. ALot of thought was put into ensuring that the property had every amenity that you would need during your stay. We will definitely be back!

My friends and I stayed in this house as a home base to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house was everything we could have hoped for and more. The furnishings and decor were impeccable and the pool was fantastic after a day at the wineries. The outdoor table was perfect for our party of 10 to have breakfast and dinner together and the upper patio was ideal for quieter small group conversations. The family room was a great place to watch a movie after we moved inside to avoid disturbing the neighbors during quiet hours. The hosts were extremely responsive and patient with my questions and the house was immaculate. I honestly could not have designed a more perfect place for my big weekend. I would jump at the opportunity to stay here again.

We’ve been staying here about once a year for over three years now and it’s just a very tranquil beautiful home. We relax, fellowship, and always enjoy the pool. Hopefully, when we visit again possibly later in the year we can use the hot tube

This house was perfect for my entire family. The spatial layout of the house provided several different areas for my group of 10 to comfortably gather together or individually. The outdoor space around the pool accommodated all of our needs. The setup was exactly what we wanted and needed to enjoy our time in Harper's Ferry. Great house with amazing porches. Relaxing on swing and in pool was awesome way to start and end the day. Close to downtown and Harpers Ferry National Park entrance. Walking distance to fun restaurants, the Barn and the Bolivar Bread Bakery. Trails to downtown right out front door.

We had a great time exploring Harper’s Ferry and nearby parks on a blustery March weekend. The hot tub was a big hit! The house was quiet, well appointed, clean and felt very roomy for our party of 9. We are hoping to return in the summer to enjoy the amazing outdoor eating area and fire pit! The owners were so flexible with us and highly communicative- we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Perfect home to chill with our adult kids and 2 yr old grandbaby. Lots of seating for relaxing, eating, and game playing. Close to town and hiking. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved staying at this property. It was so beautiful, especially in the fall. The house had so many different places to hang out, plenty of room to both socialize and to get some alone time. The kitchen was well appointed, and had plenty of gear for us to cook for a large group. The patio area was so cute, we especially loved dining outdoors at the large table, using the porch swing and hanging out in the hot tub. we could walk about a mile to some great restaurants and a little further to a wonderful bakery .

The home is beautiful! Our biggest regret was not staying longer so we could have made more use of the wonderful outdoor seating/dining area. Ample parking and easy walk to the delicious breakfast restaurant Country Cafe, The Anvil, Bolivar Bread, and a quirky and lovely cafe & wine bar as well. The hot tub was fabulous and the perfect way to end a gorgeous fall day out walking and hiking.

Family Vacation Success
We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The house had plenty of space for everyone to relax, and share family meals at the large table on the back porch. The pool was enjoyed everyday! The location is great, easy access to Harpers Ferry. The house was clean and neat. We had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very helpful with recommendations and check in was easy!

We love this place! It was our second stay at this property. Perfect spot for our family to get together. The house is so nice and comfy, well appointed. We enjoyed the pool, LOVE the covered porches and huge table on the back porch for meals. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of areas to spread out in. Would love to return.

The house was wonderful! The host were great and we had an awesome weekend. We hiked in Harpers Ferry and then took an Uber to two wineries. The house is in a great location and the owners put together a fantastic binder with information about everything in the house and nearby attractions. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Weekend
We stayed here for a very, low-key girls’ weekend. Even though we were there before the pool opened in May, we still really enjoyed the outdoor area. We also loved the decor in the house and that it had several areas where a group of 5 could gather and hang out.

Clean beautiful home
We just got home from our stay in Harpers Ferry WV. The house was very clean, including the linens and towels. The beds were comfortable which not everyone mentions on reviews. The decks were amazing! We got some sun time on the back upper deck in the afternoon. The jacuzzi at night was great after a day zip lining at River Riders, we needed that! The fire pit was closer to the wooded area and such a cozy spot! The lower deck swing was nice for morning coffee. Downtown was such a great historical spot with great scenery and just a mile away. Highly recommend this property! Thank you for letting us stay at your home!

Just perfect
House is nicely updated and very well laid out for hosting two or three separate families. Lots of different spaces for people to spread out. Kitchen easily accommodates cooking for many and the patio table and inside table seat a bunch. The upstairs TV room was a nice extra, allowing for the kids in our group to entertain themselves on the same level as napping adults. The furniture in the rooms provides tons of space to organize your things especially for an extended stay. And there’s a ton of puzzles and games. We didn’t utilize the pool (off-season) but certainly took advantage of the new hot tub! The location is amazing - walkable to some local restaurants and shops, a quick drive to downtown, and short car trips to wineries and breweries. Only complaint? Single ply toilet paper, which we’ll just bring our own next time (we’re definitely coming back!!)

Great Location Close to Everything
My family and I stayed here over the long weekend. We were close to all of the activities we wanted to do. We enjoyed the hot tub and all of the outdoor sitting areas. My kids did want to leave. We hope to come back in the summer when the pool is open.

Lovely Property
This is our second stay and it won’t be the last. We absolutely love this property as it has just about everything you need when vacationing home away from home. Hopefully next time we’re there the pool lights will be working so we can continue to enjoy the pool at night. There is also a jacuzzi that we’d like to enjoy later as well. We’ll definitely be back.

Harpers Ferry Getaway
There were seven of us and we loved the property. The outside area was great, we used the pool and ate outside everyday. Plenty of space for all and the beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic spot for a getaway
Our expectations were exceeded at this property! The pool was amazing and the outdoor dining area was perfect for our group. Beds were comfortable, and there were enough separate living areas so the six of us weren’t on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again.
