Food was outstanding both Breakfast/Dinner Buffett, Room size was big, the property has a great deal of space to move around. Live entertainment provided.
No English speaking channels on TV.
Ordered a glass of wine , got charged $220.00 for a bottled, .2nd glass was poured when I returned to buffet, I reluctantly signed my bill quoted only in Cameroon Francs, To my surprise the next morning I, was told the amount of francs, converted to US the night before for the dinner buffet was over $275.00 Us. After I complained, I only wanted a glass of wine, they split the bill with me. Still ended up costing me $125. 00 US . To add insult to injury, the wine was not that good, I've had better tasting wine only a fraction of the cost. The exercise room is out side the hotel, with broken, outdated equipment . The gym is Isolated from the hotel in the parking lot on property . Needs Total Renovation for a property of this caliber and size.

The hotel has never received my booking and I was charged a walk-in client rate which was higher than then booking rate.

Great location, staff helpful and very well mannered. The room was very clean and comfoirtable. They accomodate late arrivals on request which is amazing when your plane lands late.
Breakfast is not included in the price of the room.

Size of the rooms
The internet at the hotel did not work. I was given a router for my room and that didn't work either. It was quite frustrating not being able to make calls or work from my room when the rooms are advertised with free WiFi. I had to pay extra data on my mobile phone and pay to access a workspace out of the hotel to use Internet.
The telephone lines were not working, I also had to get credit to call reception from my phone or go down to reception.
I had an issue with AC making loud cracking noise during the day and night which got fixed on my last night (of 12 nights). Apparently it was just a mode setting
It would've been good ylto mention all these issues at the time of booking so we know what we are paying for as all the points above made the stay unpleasant.

rooms are not as beautiful as it’s surrounding more over there were a lot of cockroaches that have infested the rooms.that should be taken very seriously by the hotel management.

The location is close to the Airport
The food at the hotel is extremely expensive and not good/up to standard. The breakfast was not to standard. The aircon in the room was not able to cool the room down efficiently. The doors are not soundproof you can hear every bit of noise in the hall way.

Beautiful room and the entire hotel decor are cute with great facilities
In all honesty, this has been my worst hotel experience, especially given the cost of the rooms. Paid $100 and didn’t even get toiletries, just this miserable bar of soap.
I was also throwbacks when the receptionist rang my room at 8:30 am to ask me when I was leaving and that they had other guests booked to come in, even though check out is at 12.
My friend and I were at the bar for some cocktails, made an order and apparently there was some misunderstanding and the waitress made a really disrespectful comment.
I had very high expectations but unfortunately the customer care does not match the beauty of the place. Disappointed
