The view was incredible. Slept 12 comfortably. Plenty of space. Definitely staying here again.

The property is very well kept and in a great location. Quick walk to beach (2-3 min) The pool area is very nice although the water was a bit cold. Smaller pool had much warmer water. Condo is set up nicely and we would recommend it to everyone. View is fantastic 👌

This was a beautiful property. It is well maintained and has a great view of the beach. Just a short walk across a street to the beach with hardly any traffic. Easy checkin, gated, and comfortable all around

With the four bedrooms and 3 baths, it made for spacious living for each couple and one individual. Very nicely decorated and a great view from the top floor, along with a well stocked kitchen area made this a great choice. Would surely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy some time in Destin near the beach!

The condo was beautiful, plenty of room, clean and in a great location. The booking, checking in and checking out process was easy and fast. If you have a large group going this is the idea condo. The keyless entry went perfectly, the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit was very clean, updated, well furnished, and very roomy for an active family reunion of 9. Frangista checked in prior to our trip with reminders both online and with a phone call. A check in call also came later in the week to see that all went well. This location is perfect with a large lagoon pool and a smaller, quiet pool beachside. Hot food and beverages were available for purchase at the beachside pool. The grounds are very scenic and well maintained. The short walk to the private beach was very manageable, even with young children. With the Back Porch restaurant right across the street, we frequently just walked to lunch or dinner. This location and amenities made for a wonderful vacation.

One of the best rentals we have stayed at! Definitely the most well stocked kitchen with pots/pans/baking dishes and plenty of dinnerware and silverware…. Also tons of Tupperware storage! The view was gorgeous and the balcony was amazing! We loved watching dolphins and the sunsets from there. Rooms were comfortable and we really liked the on-site laundry! The pools were clean, the grounds kept up, and we appreciated the luggage carts! Close to everything and plenty within walking distance. I don’t have one negative things to say! Communication with property management has also been the best I’ve experienced!! Don’t hesitate to stay here! You’ll love it!

The location is amazing, heated pool so lovely at this time of the year and views from the 11th floor were breath taking!! The property management were awesome. Went to the store right away for stuff we needed for the kitchen. It was everyrhing and more. Just be aware that pictures always make it look more spacious than it is. Would definitely come back but our family likes to try different places.

We were super happy with our experience in our week at destin. Only thing is the condo had one less bed than was in the description wasn't an issue but needs to be updated

First time visiting Destin and had an amazing vacation! The condo was everything we had hoped for!

Easy process. Easy check in. Very clean. Eve though it was across from the beach, it had a great view. The walk was easier with kids too. Great customer service up to and throughout the stay.

When I reserved this condo, I realized that it was across the street from the beach and I was concerned that I would regret not being directly on the sand. As it turned out, this was not a negative at all. The beach view from this unit is beautiful and the short walk across the immaculate tropical grounds was always a pleasure. You should strongly consider renting this unit-it’s a very nice one. We will definitely check for the availability of Sterling Shores PH 6 the next time we go to to Destin.

Love the size, view, location... AC broke one day but the property manager had it fixed that day. The balcony needs more furniture but the property manager said the owner has already ordered more. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend this property.
