Заселили быстро, на ресепшеге персонал очень любезный и ответили на все вопросы. Предоставляют трансфер от Хуло. Номер был чистый. Полотенца, халаты, тапочки, гель для душа, шампуни и тд. Вид из номера потрясный. Жили на 3 этаже люкс. Удобные матрасы, хорошие подушки и постельное белье. В номере капсульная кофемашина, чайник, чай , минибар, вода. Уборка каждый день и смена полотенец. В номере тепло. Есть гладильная доска и утюг. Есть спа зона с бассейном и сауной на 2 этаже. Можно записаться на массажи. Там же игровой уголок для детей с настольным теннисом и футболом. Завтраки шведский стол. Вполне стандартный выбор. Понравилось, что есть зелень и овощи, яйца, омлет. Можно взять бутилированную воду. Так же при отеле есть прокат горнолыжного инвентаря. Напротив подъёмник, что очень удобно.

Очень маленькая ванная комната. Ресторан - это что-то. Официанты могут час к тебе не подходить даже чтоб принять заказ. Меню можно посмотреть по коду. Просто игнорят и ходят мимо. Потом тоже самое после заказа и оплаты. 2 часа нужно потратить, чтоб просто перекусить или пообедать. В итоге, мы ходили в ресторан напротив. Там обслуживание было в разы лучше и блюда скуснее. Было очень холодно на завтраках. Но уже на 3 день прибывания установили тепловую пушку. Стало потеплее.

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend in September. This is low season, but all hotel services operate without restrictions. This is a five-star hotel of European level, but with outstanding Georgian hospitality. We stayed here with our one year old and were provided with a great wooden crib. It was a great break from the city for a couple of nights, even in low season and bad weather there is plenty to do here. For example, we really liked the SPA, and our little one really liked the local pool. The last 20 kilometers of the road are currently under construction, so it will take you about 1-1.5 hours to cover this distance, but it will be a great journey with stunning views and a wonderful place at the end. We had no difficulty covering this distance in a regular sedan, but we would like to point out that in very bad weather conditions, problems may arise when driving along this section of the road.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Located very close to the transadjarian high way (well it is high and it is a way, right?) Lovely gaming area next to spa. The steam sauna works very well, way above average. The pool is lovely but small; off-season we were the only ones there, and the size has been perfect.

Off-season, the breakfast choices have been very limited and a-la carte. (As a comparison, in a similar situation in Mestia a hotel just served everything they had to each table.)

Demetre was a good person he was kind and help us and make the check in so fast and the service was so goood I would like to visit it again

This hotel is very nice for staying. Staff are very friendly and the restaurant’s cuisine is very tasteful.

It was awesome time during living in the Ambassadori. The room was great. The service was like in Dubai. Everyone from the staff perspective provided solid quality of the service. Separately, i wanna highlight 2 person which provided huge service: 1. Tornike from the rent of the ski equipment. 2. Demetre from the reception. This 2 guys made my family vacation deeply comfortable. One case: when i have requested glasses, for wine, i was asked: for red or white. In 5 minutes everything was on my table. There are only warm feelings about the Ambassadori. Feel, that we will come back.

Very good conditions, clean room, good and responsive staff, good spa, kids area, calm and quiet environment. Direct entry to the ski elevator, you can rent ski and snowboard right in the hotel and assign them to your room account.

The price in the restraunt looks high. No khinkali is in the menu)) Unfortunately during our stay only one track was open, and no Internet for 3 days.
