The reception women was very ignorant I thought . The van I stayed in hadn't been cleaned had to wait till half past four before I got the key . The only thing on site was the pub ...

The caravan was brilliant, clean, spacious and modern, the location of the caravan park was also great as not too far to walk into the town, all in all a great break,at a short notice. Thank you.

Peaceful and staff very helpful

Close to town centre and beach. Caravan was quite nice. There was a little coner shop just off site. Security was very nice when we called him out.

The fact we had no hot water for 2 days. When the receptionist was informed on check out she replied with 'they are temperamental'. We went to the on site bar/restaurant for Sunday lunch and were told they were fully booked and had no room for us and we had to book which was stated on the website/posters, even though a poster to the entrance said 'booking adviseable'.

Quiet location not too far from beach and easy walk to town with small local shop just off site.

The caravan could of been a bit cleaner, dirty floor, cobwebs, urine stain around toilet.

We loved the caravan and entertainment and the people were friendly.

We didn't like the fact that it didn't have a swimming pool or much entertainment for children I would say it isn't a family holiday park unless you like fishing but we had a good holiday otherwise.

caravan was a little outdated and the place could of done with a bit of a better clean. didn't like the location Mablethorpe. but the site itself was ok

the location is great ten minute walk to centre and less to beach and queens park, the tavern on site does great meals and is very friendly,it doesnt have arcades etc on site ,but we prefer that ,as its lovely and peaceful

The location was excellent and caravan easy to find. Receptionist was very kind and the caravan was lovely and very modern!

Pots and pans/ trays were very unclean and rubbish left behind the sofas. Other than that cannot fault!

The property was well placed and quiet everything was easy to use and lovely clean and fresh

Four of us stayed in this caravan which was more than adequately sized and equipped for our needs, including a complimentary cleaning pack. We did like the pub on the holiday park, we noted that there had been some reviews for the pub that said it was over priced yet found it to be as expected and the staff were very friendly. The food was very nice and though not as cheap as some big chain pubs was of a better quality. The location was good, about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Mablethorpe and less to the beach.

Nothing we didnt like about the stay.

Location is Great and good value for money

.No swimming pool nearby. Have to travel other caravan parks.
