The most luxurious classy place to be.Experinced total service exquisiteness and ambience. Helpful and friendly staff.Would totally come back for more fun and memory creation.

The location is great and the room we booked was OK. Nice gardens and pool looking out onto the creek

The property could have been cleaner and the check could have been a lot quicker. They attempted to check us into a room that we hadn't booked as they had a double booking on the room we had actually booked. It got sorted in the end but we had to move rooms for our second night.

There are different apartments/houses near the creek. The whole surrounding (the creek, gardens, monkeys) is very nice. I enjoyed the bed outside the appartement. Staff is very helpful and acts quickly when there is an issue (there was an issue with the AC)

Being near the creek means muskitos in the evening. Not to blame the hotel for but be aware of that (the beds have nets)

Ambiance 100%, Security and customer service, behold EXPECTATIONS. John the host was accommodative, helpful and friendly.My recommendations to anyone.

Amazing scenery, well maintained gardens, cottage tastefully decorated with all amenities and good internet access. Was very relaxing. Will definitely be back Insha'Allah!

Power cut during arrival although not the management fault would highly recommend a back up generator, to make the stay comfortable; had to go to the next door restaurant which had the generator until late hours as my kids felt scared. General cleanliness to ensure that no bugs on the beds. Mosquito repellents/coils are a must here!
