Perfect accommodations, close, but not too close to the heavy traffic of Sedona. A well-designed, well-appointed and well-equipped. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

From the very beginning, our stay here was fabulous! The check-in process was simple, the casita was exactly as pictured and described in the listing, and Kelli (our host) was extremely accessible, answered any and all questions we had and made our stay wonderful…right down to a few pages of great notes about local trails to hike! This casita is tucked away from the hubub of everything but very close to anything you’d need!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

This is one of the finest rentals we have used thru VRBO and is perfectly suited for a couple's retreat. Pros are that the layout is very efficient, clean, new appliances and fixtures, the most comfortable bed of any rental we have ever encountered, very comfortable sheets and blankets, excellent location relative to all that Sedona has to offer, and very responsive owners. The cons are the odd request to not flush toilet paper in the toilet - I'm familiar with septic tank systems and this is not at all a standard feature of the systems...but, I am not the owner and respect their request. If you can get around this aspect, it's a minor issue and easy to get used to. Our cell carrier is Verizon and our service in the area of the rental was terrible (this of course has nothing to do with the owner). Not sure if this is common, but the WiFi provided by the owner was extremely slow during our 4 day/3 night stay - like less than 2 mbps slow - so, it was basically unusable. Finally, although there are two TVs, neither one features local news stations or a typical cable package. We experienced inclement weather, so it would've been nice to have been able to consult with local news weather outlooks. None of the cons mentioned above are bad enough to lower the 5-star score - this casita is that nice and reasonably priced.

We thoroughly enjoyed a comfortable stay in this as-new casita in a quiet residential neighborhood outside the bustling Sedona area yet only a few minutes to shops and restaurants. Description is very accurate.

Everything was wonderful!

This was our second trip to Sedona, and we were mainly interested in hiking/biking/scenery -- Kelli's Casita was the ideal location for us -- in a neighborhood rather than the middle of a business district; within half an hour of pretty much every hike in the area, and only a 5-10 minute trip to coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, and a couple of bike shops. It was also convenient to uptown Sedona, although that was just a bonus. This was ideal for my wife and I, with a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a comfortable living room, and a very nice deck.

The property was great, in a great location-close to restaurants, activities but nice and private and quiet. Everything was exceptionally clean and lots of nice touches- lots of snacks, a bottle of wine and a good selection of spices and kitchen necessities. We would absolutely stay there again.

My friend & I stayed here on a trip to explore Sedona. It’s a cozy one bedroom with everything you need & nothing you don’t. Nice to have a washer & dryer as it was cooler then we expected at night so we needed to wash & rewear a few things. Close to many of the hikes & not far from downtown Sedona & more hiking. Would definitely stay again!

This has been the best place we’ve ever stayed at. Kelli and Maher are the sweetest hosts on earth and their place felt like home. We will cherish this experience for the rest of our lives. There’s nothing better than waking up and having breathtaking views of the red rocks. This place has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Can’t wait to come back! The Casita was just as pictured. It was clean, slept 3 well, had a nice kitchen and a wonderful deck. Our host was available to answer question and left a great information in the casita about hikes, restaurants and activities.

The location was perfect with nice views from the upper deck and short drive to the many trailheads. The property is well cared for. It was very clean and nicely furnished and stocked with everything you could need. The owner even provided a a nice basket with snacks and a bottle of wine We would recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet getaway close to all the great hiking /biking spots.

We had a great stay in Sedona and were extremely happy with our VRBO. It was a lovely place to come back to after our hiking. The extras provides were a real treat. The kitchen was great, the bed was comfortable, and the owners helped us with great suggestions. We enjoyed the quiet location a but outside of town.

The cottage itself was fabulous - meticulously clean, and beautifully furnished with tons of extra amenities like trail snacks, toiletries, bath essentials, sunscreen, and the washer and dryer was a huge bonus! There's even a shaded deck for lounging in the afternoon or star gazing at night! It felt like a home rather than a bare bones rental - I could move in tomorrow and only need to bring my clothes! Kelli was quick to respond to questions but otherwise I had total privacy. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

The apartment was so clean and fresh, well decorated and so well supplied with everything possible. Very comfortable bed with plenty of options for sleeping comfort. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was fine but the owners don’t advertise that the plumbing situation in this rental you have to throw all toilet paper into trash can. The only other place Iv stayed like this was in Mexico.

We enjoyed our stay, the pictures don’t do this property justice. It was squeaky clean, loaded with amenities, had great hiking and area information and a basket full of snacks to pack as well as anything you could possibly need. The process and communication were perfect and location was quiet and in nice proximity to town and trails.

The property is well-maintained, so clean and beautifully designed. Very easy to find in a beautiful neighborhood. We really didn't have to bring much with us as the owner supplied many things for us during our stay, even a welcome tray with snacks, that was much appreciated after a long flight and drive. I will definitely recommend this property and stay again!

Excellent property and location that suited our family of 4. We stayed the week of 3/15/21. Amenities worked well for us with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Kelli and Maher were great hosts, when we had questions they easily answered and knew Sedona well. Highly recommend!
