Seem like a great location. Easy to walk to places. Loved the breakfast place at the end of the street.

The outstanding cleanliness of this property and its proximity to the hike/bike trail and "back roads" for avoiding the highway travel were peaks for me. We were comfortable, safe and had all we needed for our hikes, our splashes and for the concert at the Brevard Music Center.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Only complaint we had was the kitchen faucet handle kept falling off. It really needs to be replaced. Also, there needs to be some sort of dresser to put one's clothes in, if you're going to be there for any length of time.

The host was very easy to contact and quick to reply. Very friendly and allowed us to check in a little early which was very much appreciated. Needed to contact the host about something that was broken and she immediately offered to come fix it. Location was super close to a grocery store and all the things we wanted to visit in Brevard. The house was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, liquid hand soap,etc. We always try to focus on the positives, however, a huge turn off for us is when we stay in a rental or hotel and there are blood stains/ stains on the sheets from previous guests. The white bedspread definitely needs replaced. We were only staying one night so we just removed it from the bed but wanted to mention it so that it can be taken care of for future guests. The white kitchen chairs could also use a good scub down.

3 generations, daughter, mom and grandma. The home is close to everything in Brevard. Beds were awesome so great sleep. It was a great quick trip to my birth place. Very comfortable place to stay.

This was our second stay at Monika’s chateau. She is great to work with and makes the whole rental process easy and stress free. It’s a convenient location in town—whether driving or walking downtown. There’s plenty of space for parking and even walking your dog right on the property. It’s very clean and has all the amenities you need for a weekend getaway.

We were a short walk away to King St our destination for music venue and great breakfast. The apartment was updated nicely and an excellent spot for a night away from home with family. We also appreciated the coffee and wine provided for us.

Wonderful stay at this cozy cottage with all the amenities! Excellent location near downtown and close to beautiful hiking areas. Monika is an excellent host and very helpful with any questions or needs. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Perfect location for attending activities at Brevard College. Close to downtown Brevard shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable and cozy apartment.

Close to town, walked to the local brewery.
Stayed for a mountain biking trip, had a hose to wash the bikes off. No complaints, as advertised would use it again.

I love having the cozy house feel. However, the feels are really, high high for one person for one night. With that being said, my daughter and I would love to stay there again. It was nice making breakfast and dinner and being down the street from the college on morning of move in day!

This was our first trip back to the Music Festival. This place was a perfect location. It is small but well kept and well managed. Monika was very helpful and responsive. The beds were super comfortable, and neighborhood was perfect for walks with the dog. We plan on returning again next year!! Thanks so much!!

Very nice and quiet apartment!
We we’re meeting family who was staying in Penrose, NC. This rental was located close to downtown Brevard and less than a half mile from Ingals grocery store. Close enough to major outdoor hiking and parks.
It met our needs perfectly. Our dog was allowed, a huge plus. Loved the wine Monika provided. And we saw two white squirrels!

Small, but well-appointed
Nice place, conveniently located. Not a lot of room in the bedrooms, but the beds are comfy. The owner is incredibly responsive. The unit is part of a triplex, but we never heard anyone else. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay very much.
