Everything was perfect! The staff were amazing & accommodating in more ways than one. They were so helpful & friendly in helping arrange my daughter’s 21st birthday. Nothing was a problem. Julie, Marie & Sophie were outstanding. We had the most wonderful stay.

The chateau is located in a peaceful vineyard setting creating a wonderful setting for relaxing over a glass of chateau wine. The hostess gave us some wonderful tips for visiting local venues and booked them for us. The room we had was splendid.

There was a kitchenette in our room but it had very little in it. This didn't really matter as the staff were very helpful supplying what we needed.

Free parking. spacious, recently renovated and clean rooms each with its own personality (and colour on walls). Staff super friendly and welcoming from the moment of check in - the lady even helped carry the baggage to the room upstairs. She provided sheets for restaurants and châteaux around the area. We had booked the wine tour & tasting accompanied with the platter which I recommend. The pool is also great, and you can order their wines and cheese platters throughout the day The breakfast is comprehensive, you can order eggs as well.

The staff welcome was lovely, the Chateau is enchanting, the grounds a delight. Our room, though the smallest was beautifully decorated and large enough for our one night stay. We ate at the Chateau, an unexpected bonus not having to go some distance to a restaurant. Food and wine were good and very reasonably priced.

We only got notification of food availability once we arrived, due to lack of wifi during the day, so had to cancel a restaurant.

What's NOT to like?! This is one of those dream-like places where you have to pinch yourself to make sure it's real. We thought so much of the prospect of staying here that we went out of the way on our cycling route to do so. Do make sure you stay for dinner and breakfast!

Unexpected surprise in a form of free upgrade to the best suite in chateau! Amazing fresh & local & tasty breakfast! Family atmosphere.

The chateau is beautiful! The garden is well kept and you are overlooking the vineyards. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff was most helpful and their wine is spectacular.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Sophie was so nice and accommodating! my wife and I were late getting out of Paris, and Sophie stayed up until 3:30 to let us in to the building. I definitely recommend Chateau Meyre!
