We stayed 12 nights and would loved to have stayed longer. The house is wonderful with a very nice kitchen and TV family room. The backyard absolutely makes this house and we enjoyed it so much. We cancelled our dinner reservations a couple of nights because we just wanted to stay in the backyard. I would definitely stay there again. We really loved it and the weather was amazing!!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! There were 10 of us and we fit very comfortably. We were in Malibu for a wedding and we were thrilled that all of us could stay in the same home together. The home was gorgeous, and the grounds were absolutely amazing. We loved all of the amenities, including the outdoor fire pit, the bocce ball court, the beautiful pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again and will for sure recommend it to others!

I threw my sisters bachelorette party with 10 other girls and this was the absolute perfect house to host. The house is even better in person. We were absolutely blown away at how beautiful it was. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone looking to host a Malibu getaway.

Took my team on a retreat of sorts. Dinners, drinks, recreation, team building exercises, etc.
We were concerned about the hurricane reports, but luckily it was a dud, and we had exceptional weather for the entire trip! A few very minor issues (trash in kitchen hadn’t been taken out prior to our arrival, and landscaping could have used some freshening up after the inclement weather from Sunday which caused some high wind conditions….but like I said these did not affect our experience on the property, or with property management. Their team was wonderful. Great communication throughout, and Jackie who met us at the property was great to deal with, and very helpful addressing concerns. I will definitely be back at this property, or one of their other properties. Thank you again!

Pool and bocce ball were amazing for family fun. Host was full service and responsive (thank you!). Beds and towels were soft and clean. Multiple service people maintained property eg pool guy, yard crew. Most of the house was updated with on-trend design. A few places felt old — several tiles broken/missing from one bathroom, old sub zero freezer very loud, couple broken things near pool. Overall very fun for an extended or large family.

Our family stayed at this beautiful property during July. The house, location, layout, cleanliness and view couldn't have been any better. Everyone who stayed with us totally enjoyed the accommodations, the amenities and the children especially enjoyed the pool. The property manager was responsive and pleasant to deal with. Great property!

All-Around Amazing!
The house itself is gorgeous- perfect mix of style and livability. All 5 adults and 4 kids were super comfortable in this beautiful home! the pool was fantastic; kitchen was perfect for Thanksgiving dinner preparation and completely equipped with everything we needed; and overall the layout was great for allowing everyone to gather or find their own nooks for quiet reading.
The house location is also great- close to the beach and waling trails.
We all loved our stay and are hoping for another visit soon!

Fabulous Family Fun
We hosted our blended family, including 2 toddlers, 7 young adults, my wife and I. The property had beautiful views, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space inside and out for the kids to play, etc. Zuma beach, coffee shops and grocery, were within a 15 min walk.
Overall, we the property was perfect and we would stay here again.

Loved this property!
Our family just had a wonderful stay here at this lovely Malibu property. We were a group of 12 with 6 adults and 6 kids. The house was arranged perfectly for us-with everyone getting their own rooms and bathrooms as needed. We loved the big kitchen which made cooking together so much fun. It had most everything we needed for our meals as far as pots, pans, dishes, serving needs and more. The house was well stocked in all areas (all except paper towels. One roll is not enough so be sure to bring). Bathrooms had nice small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. They also supplied cotton balls and q-tips! Very nice. The family room is very spacious and had enough places for us all to sit for movie nights. The house also has an extensive library with many excellent choices to choose from and puzzles and games as well. We also loved the outdoor space and beautiful pool. The house also has 3 large eating areas with tables that fit our entire family. The one on the patio overlooking the gorgeous view was our favorite! The management team here is very professional and thoughtful. We so appreciated their help refilling the Nespresso coffee machine pods. 6 adults drink a lot of coffee! Thank you so much. We loved staying here and can not wait to return.
