The staff is helpful, comfortable bed and place is quiet.

The bathroom is not very comfortable and we lost something in the reception, We came back after 5 minutes and we didn't find it

it was really clean and because you’re quite far from the main town they provide a free shuttle service which is really useful. the breakfast was delicious and we felt really safe and cared for.

the shower was quite tight understandable as space is quite a luxury there. but otherwise really clean!

Staff was very friendly and very helpfull. Room was clean and very cozy, also as a bonus they had an excellent shower! Breakfast was yummy and definitely better than most hotel chains. Free shuttle service to the city was definitely a great thing to have and much appreciated. Overall definitely recommend this location in order to visit all 5 towns in Cinque Terre!

Toilet in room 106 is so close to the shower you can hardly sit down. Also the window in bathroom links to the next room so when they turn on their bathroom light it lights up the room through the night so best to keep the bathroom door shut

Lovely room, beautiful location up in the mountains. We enjoyed coming back here after the hustle and bustle of Cinque Terre. The shuttle service is super convenient and our dogs were welcome, too.

Breakfast was very good -plenty of options and very fresh. The staff is very helpful. Our stay was exceptional.

The hotel is not actually in the town of Monterosso. You have to rely on the shuttle that the hotel provides to go into town unless you have your own car. It was on set time table so other than that one minor inconvenience it was absolutely fantastic.

I can't say enough good things about the owner and staff. All the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we made our best at cinque Terre. The room was extremely clean, bathroom was crazy nice, Breakfast was great, shuttles were available to town.. Once again, I just can't say enough good things.

Nice little hotel with all the amenities you need

Location is perfect to visit the Cinque Terre if coming by car: the hotel is easily accessible from main roads and not inside Monterosso, and offers shuttle service to reach the town. You can then enjoy the Cinque Terre with the frequent train service. The room has been renovated recently and offer good bedding and bathroom in a quiet environment. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, and we felt like staying with family. Breakfast is generous and perfect to start a hiking day.

Good breakfast, very very helpful staff good family run hotel, very good location in the hills of Monterosso. Yet close enough for a 10minute shuttle service, runs all day provided by the hotel. Very peaceful place. Very very clean and modern place, yet kept its good external old charm. will go back.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting the Cinque Terre region. Perfect hotel. The location was a 5 minute shuttle drive, this was organised by the hotel. Breakfast was delicious .

The hotel is a homely hotel. The food was excellent and i was well looked after as I am coeliac. The bedroom was very spacious and bed was comfortable. All the staff were so welcoming and nice. The owner met me outside train station when I arrived and I was picked up by the lovely Anna. The hotel is a couple of miles from the town but there is a complimentary shuttle bus. This bus would pick you up and drop you off at the hotel and back to town again.. Anna was usually the driver and she was extremely helpful in advising where to eat and visit. She is a real gem. It was a place I loved made special by the wonderful staff. I hope to visit again and stay in this fabulous hotel.. 5 stars for me.
