The property was perfect for my wife and I. The only thing I would look for next time is air conditioning. I couldn't cool down the room as I couldn't get the breeze blowing in the windows.
The location was awesome. Lots of options for night life and restaurants, but still a quiet area - and a 10 minute walk to Ocean Beach.

Very cute and clean studio. We loved everything about it. The walk to the beach and Newport ave was too far though. We ended up driving everywhere which was less than ideal.

Cute little apts. I am a repeat customer. It is within walking distance to so many nice places to dine, organic groceries, liquor store, and gas all in the first block,...... going beyond that just brings more yummy and fun options. Very nice neighborhood. Plus the host are the best ever.

Great place to stay. The property owner is very nice and knowledgeable about the area since she's a local. The room is inviting with a comfortable bed, and it's incredibly close to Ocean Beach. My only complaint is that some of the local insect life likes to wander in, so beware if you aren't used to that, given it's close to the ocean. Though they were more than willing to help with the problem at a moment's notice.

Cute place as advertised. Check in no problem, parking not bad, only had to move the car once for street cleaning, walked everywhere we wanted to go. Open windows for the sea breeze sounds great until you hear every sound. I've stayed in OB several times and I'm used to the airplane noise, it just gets a little annoying having to pause a movie at night every 5 minutes for take off. And God bless all the firefighters, especially the ones half a block away. I'm sure the couple screaming F U at the top of their lungs have worked things out. The place is great, noise canceling headphones highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience at this VRBO! The check in was so easy, quick, and convenient. The place was so cute and provided a great option with no AC. The area was great and good walking distance to everything! We definitely will be coming back!!!!

Overall, we had a lovely stay. This was the perfect spot for our trip. Usually I prefer being in a hotel, but we were out and about most of the time, so the studio was spacious enough for us. The fans came in handy, so I appreciate that those were provided.

The accommodation was perfect for our 2-night stay, and we would have enjoyed staying a few more. Very comfortable, clean, and private. There’s a vegan organic store, a convenience store, and Roberto’s taco shop (awesome food) all within a half block, and more close by. Airplanes fly over often so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper and you’ll be fine. Street parking is the biggest challenge, but this place is totally worth it. Will definitely book again next time we’re in OB.

We only stayed one night during the Annual OB Chili cook off, it was a good location and perfect for 2 people. The area is clean and in walking distance of the beach and Newport Drive where all the shops are. We would stay again!!

Location was great. Cute organic market across the street which had great food. No a/c. We knew this before renting but place was a little warm (end of July). There was a fan.

The place was clean and allowed us to store and make food in the room. It was warm without air-conditioning but we just kept that provided fan blowing on us while we slept and it was just fine. We had a little WiFi code miscommunication/typo and the hosts were VERY responsive and quickly resolved. I would certainly come stay again when visiting my daughter at SDSU.

We loved our trip! It was a short walk to the beach. We were able to secure nearby street parking and made it a goal to not even move our vehicle… we just walked every where!

Perfect Location
This is such an ideal location, I could literally move here. The beach is only about a 10 minute walk. The quaint studio apartment has a warm and inviting feel, comfortable, and a private feel with the gate at the entrance. Will absolutely stay here next time I’m in town!

Beach cottage ocean beach
This was a cute little beach house a few blocks from the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s quaint and comfy. The neighborhood has some fun shops and we enjoyed seeing sunset at Ocean beach and the proximity to Missiin Beach and Coronado.

Great first OB experience
It was a quaint little place perfect for what we were looking for. We weren't there much except for sleeping and popping in to grab a little jacket. But It has everything you may need if you planned on staying in more, cooking, or having a movie night. It was fairly close to the downtown area and beach. We did a lot of walking but we like to do that. The property owners were easy to get ahold of and helpful. I would stay here again if I'm lucky enough to make it back to san diego.
