We used the Greenwood Getaway as our base for a 10-day visit to Seattle. It's modern, comfortable, and in a great location. We were luck to have great weather for daily walks down the street to Green Lake. A nice selection of restaurants and a nice grocery store are steps away. We hope to be back for more extended stays.

The apartment was very nice but quite compact. The clothes washer/dryer was a single device and it was loud and took two hours/cycle.
Parking on the street was easy and the location was excellent. The host was helful and friendly.

This little place is laid out perfectly with top end appliances and design straight from a HGTV show! A very short walk to nice restaurants on Greenwood Ave or down to the community’s favorite lake with walking path and cute spots to eat!

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing long weekend getaway to Seattle. Clean, modern, and comfortable accommodations in a quiet walkable neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

This place is very nice and clean. Everything you might need is there for you! Decorated very nice everything is new super nice place to stay and close to everything easy to get around. Definitely recommend staying here for 2 people was perfect

Absolutely immaculate little place, perfect for solo travelers and couples. I really appreciated the little touches, how easy it was to check in, the keurig, the little kitchen items, how absolutely CLEAN the place is, even the multi-port usb charger in the bedroom. The area was SO quiet and a short drive from anywhere you'd want to go. absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Greenwood getaway! Allen and Devon were extremely communicative and friendly, as well as professional. The apartment was just as seen in the photos, very modern and very beautiful. The location is fantastic and the on street parking was easy. The getaway was clean and well appointed. We were so comfortable and could not have enjoyed our stay more. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this property was excellent! Fabulous amenities, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and great location close to so many fun bars and restaurants. The hosts also were so lovely. Allen took time to come out and say hello to us and gave great recommendations as well. Highly recommend!

The Greenwood Getaway was so great! It is very clean and well equipped! It’s in a great location - walking distance to some great restaurants! We met the owner upon arrival. He was very nice and offered up some suggestions for a couple of ‘go-to’ spots that were close by. We will definitely be renting this unit again sometime in the future! Thank you for a great stay!

This VRBO was wonderful! The owner helped carry luggage upstairs to the separate 2nd floor apartment. The place was lovely- modern, every amenity you would want! Excellent design and so comfy! Would love to stay here again.

Romantic Winter Getaway
The Manager was amazing! We had record amount of snow and he helped keep all walkways and stairs clear of ice and snow and also helped us get our car out!!!! The place was cozy and spotless! Beautifully decorated! Walking distance to shops, coffee and restaurants! We look forward to staying again!

Great little crash pad
This place was great, solid location, very clean, a handful of supplies for coffee, snacks, and laundry. There are a bunch of stairs which I knew but heads up for older folks (like my older parents who stayed there), there is a railing which helped.

Lake Escape
Greenwood was wonderful! CLEAN, modern, with all of the comforts of home in a nice neighborhood with fabulous, down to earth owners! Great location within walking distance of beautiful lake, nice shops and yummy restaurants! Close to MLB stadium games👍🏼 We would stay again in a heartbeat!
