3 families together riding out tropical storm Debby at kiawah. If you’re going to be stuck inside, this is the house to stay in! We loved the spacious living space and bar area. All bedrooms were very comfortable and lots of conveniences. Such as 2 dishwashers, dedicated ice maker and great laundry room on second floor. The pool is lovely and I enjoyed sitting on the kitchen porch overlooking the pool for morning coffee. The beach is half mile walk or bike. The doors in this house are gorgeous! Feels like a palace. It’s well cared for and inviting. We felt safe even with Debby dropping 13 inches of rain one night.

Lovely home - very well stocked - could not have been nicer.Two criticisms:1. need a second recycle bin - when we arrived bin full from previous tenants and we had lots to add very quickly2.location not as close to beach as I would like

This is a beautiful home. We enjoyed everything about it. The kitchen was well stocked with spices which was really appreciated. I’ve rented many vacation homes over the past years and the kitchen was by far the best. Everyone loved the pool, it needs to be cleaned twice a week not once.

We had an amazing stay with ESPM. Maddie & her team went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure our stay was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone coming to the Kiawah area. The home was spacious, with nice furniture, new appliances and room for us to enjoy each others company.

Very nice house. Open and spacious. Everyone in the family, ages 10 to 80, really enjoyed the house. There’s plenty of room to gather but also niches for finding private time to read or just to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The rental home was perfect! The location was with easy access to the beach, bicycle paths, and lovely marsh views, exactly what we were looking for. The pool was larger than most, and was a perfect way to relax after a hard day at golf and the beach. We saw turtles hatching on the beach, alligators sunning, and incredible marsh birds fishing. We had a small maintenance issue that was resolved so quickly; I could never get maintenance that fast at my own home! Very impressive response!

This gorgeous home exceeded our expections! It accommodated our family of 13, which included 5 young grandchildren. Everyone had their own space. It was very well appointed and spotless!. We loved having the convenience of a short bike ride or walk to the lovely beach and a beautiful pool, as well! We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary...many, many special memories were made! Thank you!

We had a large family gathering at the house which provided ample room for multi-generations. We enjoyed the pool, and beach every day. The large kitchen area and great room were perfect for us to gather.

Overall, our experience at this location was quite good. However upon arrival, the house was very hot and the pool, pool deck and pool furniture littered with tree debris. Having owned a pool for 30 years, skimming pool bottom and sweeping off the furniture was a chore I didn't think I should have to do, but did it anyway. Also first bedroom on second floor to left of laundry was always hot. Called A/C guy and he said the thermostat outside that room was not used. Also door locks on guest and main house very difficult to lock and open. For the price, have stayed at better houses on the beach at Hilton Head, but enjoyed the restaurants, golf courses and the island in general
