Only had difficulty opening digital door lock which ultimately had to be replaced during our stay. Suggest replacing King mattress.

Reviewer Comments: I have been going to South Peak for over 15 years; this year my Wife stayed in unit 4F. Upon walking in we noticed some of the rugs were not vacuumed and we. heard a toilet running. Over the next day we noticed broken furniture and the back door did not lock/ latch properly (we had to keep a chair wedged under the knob because it opened up once with the wind). This particular unit kept the master suit locked off from renters, which is understandable. But the only other king bed was in the front of the unit and there was a light that shines into the room all night. My wife and I had to store our clothes on one of the beds in another room since there were no bureaus/ dressers to store clothes. The price for this unit was not worth it and we decided to take a break from south peak for a few years. We were very disappointed.

While the advertisement does say 3 bedrooms, blocking off the 4th essentially means there’s no use of a master bathroom for the room with a king size bed, which is a little inconvenient.
