O que é mais importante na entrega de uma acomodação?
A localização, a limpeza, o bom trato, o conforto?
E se não te entregarem nada disso, como seria sua reação?
Fiz a reserva com quase um mês de antecedência por um preço mais baixo do que a alta temporada sugeriria, pois era Semana Santa.
No dia anterior à minha chegada, surpreendentemente recebi uma mensagem da hospedagem dizendo que fiz a reserva por um "preço errado" e informando que o preço a pagar seria de U$ 86 para um viajante individual acostumado a pagar 10 ou 12 dólares por acomodação. Aumentaram mais de 10 vezes o preço original e categoricamente disseram-me que não me receberiam, mesmo com a reserva pronta e devidamente contratada.
Tive prejuízos e quase não consegui uma outra hospedagem.
Evitem com força este hotel.
Não deem qualquer voto de confiança, pois essa atitude beira a desonestidade e vai te gerar prejuízos!

La ubicación, limpio y céntrico.
El señor no acepta tarjeta de crédito. Debería ponerlo en la descripción para llevar dinero en efectivo. Asi que en plena madruga hicimos transferencia bancaria, pero nos hizo esperar por que no recordaba su saldo, y luego dijo que no le aparecía reflejado. Así que dejé mi dpi a consignación a pesar de enviarle la boleta de pago. Otra cuestión, es que están construyendo en el hotel y no pudimos descansar por todo el ruido que hacían. Uno llega a descansar y una adventicia hubiera sido mejor y tal vez no hubiera llegado. Bonito lugar, pero mala experiencia de cliente.

The staff were lovely and the room and outdoors space was great to relax in.
We didn't have cash on arrival as we had flown into Guatemala airport from Colombia and the property doesn't take card. The host seemed a little reluctant to allow us to pay for the property the morning after our arrival. It just seemed a little odd however we still very much enjoyed our stay.

The building and garden had a very cozy/welcoming vibe and the owner was so sweet. The main street it is on is not the best location, but the Hostal is very safe and secure.
The location is not in the main area for Antigua, but a short walk to all of the sites etc

the place was very clean. decent enough hospitality. hot water and water pressure was good.
the bathroom was exceptionally small. so small it was difficult to use the toilet. Bed was on the firm side. But ok. The location is about 8 blocks from the center of Antigua, and it takes at least 10-12 mins to walk there.

We stayed at Hotel Nolasco for multiple days while we attended Spanish School. Jorge, Susie and their family are just lovely and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and cool with a fan provided (no air conditioning allowed in the town). Breakfast was always delicious! There was secure parking for our motorcycles and it was excellent value for money and only a 10 minute walk to the centre.

The bathroom was tiny--sitting on the commode meant you were touching the wall with your left arm. Electric shower as always finicky and not really satisfying.

I loved the place and the kindness of Jorge, Susie and their kids! They're such an adorable family and always very helpful on your needs! Rooms very clean and delicious breakfast! I'm sure I'll always stay in this lovely place next time I get back to Antigua.
I liked everything so I have nothing to comment here.

first I stayed in the big room but wasn’t good, a lot of humidity and mold, they changed me to the other one and it was great. Excellent service!

exceptionally peaceful; I got the best sleep of my so far 5 months traveling here. the breakfasts were excellent, and Jorge and Susie were wonderful hosts!

Such a little gem. Family run by the loveliest couple. short walking distance from everything and delicious breakfast!

Great location. Host was so kind and accommodating--a warm host. Location was excellent. Parking in the courtyard. We stayed here two different times.
One of the rooms was very close to the road and very noisy on Good Friday. However, it was very close to walk to Good Friday processions.

Accompanying breakfast was delicious. The place was very cosy and comfortable. 10/10. Location is great many places to visit near because is just some blocks from the town center. The host are very friendly they even lend a sweater that was needed. Definitely staying with the again

The room was very spacious, spotless clean and the garden is very nice and the place is so quiet. The family Nolasco are very nice and the breakfast is very good. They also have a restaurant in the property so it's very convenient. Just 10 mins walk to the mainsquare.
The wifi could be better.

the room was big with a TV and a fan. nice outdoor area. sad we missed the free breakfast!
the price on booking.com was wrong, so when we turned up we were told the room was 290GTQ not 244GTQ which is what we booked for. we told the owner we couldn’t afford this and would need to find somewhere else, but he made an exception for us. the owner was very kind, but seemed keen to get us out the next day. most places are very relaxed about leaving bags after you check out so you don’t need to carry them around, but he didn’t seem happy about it when I we asked and reluctantly agreed for us to leave them until 1:30pm. the fan was very loud
