Everything was smooth to check in/ check out but the cupboards had bugs in them on the dishes. Other than that issue everything else was perfect!

This condo is apart of the Americana hotel in ocean city MD. It’s a hotel experience with a large room and a great location and view!The beds were made, the sheets and towels were provided as well as basic cook ware but we had to bring our own plates and paper towels etc. for cooking but we would gladly stay again.

Spacious and well located
Amazing location and the property manager made check in and check out extremely easy. We were quite satisfied with the amount of space in the unit and the amenities provided we will definitely be staying here again in the future

Overall still a great trip
First this listing is kind of confusing. This is not actually a VRBO. It’s actually a hotel condo. You check in at a hotel and receive your room keys there. Overall the condo is in good shape. There’s plenty of room. The couch is 20 to 30 years old and falling apart and really uncomfortable to sit on. The listing does not mention that there are new supplies other than linens and toilet paper. When you read this you are assuming that it has some things like pots and pans however they do not exist. Overall theLocation is still great. The check in process is confusing. It was the day of check-in and I still didn’t have information of how to check in or where to check in. I attempted to contact the owner and eventually they got back to me and told me that I checked in at a hotel which was confusing. Overall the vacation still great. I would use this condo again without hesitation.

Great location, linen included as advertised. I just wish I knew I had to bring my own utensils (no forks, knives or spoons anywhere). We used deadbolt lock as the other lock on the door was broken and didn’t work.

Fun stay
The manager always responds quickly and the room easily fit my friends and I. The location is really nice and in a good area. Loved it
