Comfortable, clean, and cozy. Liked that it’s walking distance to Siletz bay.

There were 5 of us in our party and 1 with mobility issues and we had more than enough room in this lovely house. The house worked well for us and the ramp made accessing the inside a breeze. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is stocked for easy cooking. We were able to walk to the beach, coffee shop, grocery, multiple restaurants and the Lincoln City glass blowing class within just a few minutes from the front door. The sidewalks are wheelchair friendly. Also, Lincoln City has 3 beach wheelchairs for free rental nearby. This is such a wonderful option that allowed our entire party the ability to access so much of the beautiful beach! We would stay here again!

This house was thisclose to perfect. If it was on the beach it would have been over the top. We took our 90 year old mother for her birthday and with the ramp into the house, access was so much easier for her. Travis was very prompt on responding to emails about questions or concerns. The house was beautiful and fit our needs. Walking distance to the glass blowing center, beach and grocery store. Would definitely consider this house again if we need one for future trips.

This house was thisclose to perfect. If it would have been on the beach that would have put it over the top. The house was perfect for our annual girls trip. Our elderly mother was able to go this year and with the ramp was able to get in the house with ease. Travis was prompt with responding to emails when we had concern or question. It was still close enough to get to the beach to walk every day and the beach wheelchairs are close as well making it easy to get mom down on the beach. Will definitely consider staying at this house again if the opportunity comes along.

Great property, lots of room inside the house. Location is fantastic, although the view is lacking. Great for familys and kids. Has a play room up stairs as well as a crib and a pack and play for the little ones. Over all would stay again.

Single mom, large family
I’ma single mom to 7 kids and this was my first attempt at a vacation trip post divorce. The size of the home was awesome and the location could not be beat. The kitchen was missing some helpful items like a griddle for breakfast and beaters for the mixer. We cooked from the home quite a bit and had to go to the store for pantry items like oil and seasonings. Was also surprised by how many local businesses were cash only. Like the ice cream shop around the corner, fish market, and farmers market. Overall loved our stay and felt that the home really made this trip as easy as possible.

Great family vacation home!
What a great house! It fit all our needs perfectly and was very well equipped. The play area for kids was so cute. It’s a perfect location for walking to the beach and shops, as well as the grocery store. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and we will definitely come back!

Fantastic house with lots of room and beach access!
We spent three days and two nights at this house over spring break and it was perfect for our group of 6 kids and 2 adults. The kitchen was well-stocked and all the bedrooms had comfy beds and plenty of room. The ice cream store and beach access were only one block from the house. (To clarify, it was a block to the bay and private, contained beach - it was a longer walk to the actual ocean) We had a great time and will be back!

Girls weekend
A group of women recently stayed her to as part of a surprise 50th birthday. The house was PERFECT for our needs. We had a great time walking to the beach and local restaurants (literally around the corner). The owner Travis was AMAZING and was able to answer all of my spur of the moment questions. Our group has decided to make this get together a more frequent thing and look forward to staying at this place again and again.

Family escape from heat
Very easy to work with owner. Place was clean and nice. No real view due to hotel behind us but ocean is basically across the street. You step out to the bay but short beach walk to ocean. Lots of room good for bigger group. For 3 of more space than needed. We enjoyed it and we’re grateful to get in during the heat wave and appreciated the owners flexibility with our check in and quick response on communication.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was well equipped with everything you would need for a family with kids. The host was very quick and responsive.
The location is right by the beach. Maybe one-two minute walk. Right by Mo’s and the IGA (which is super well stocked).

Fantastic Beach House Getaway!
Our family had a great stay. Rooms were spacious with double beds. Nice backyard for campfire. Also enclosed backyard was Dog friendly. Would definitely recommend. 😎

Awesome!!!
This place is amazing! It could be the best location in Lincoln City. A stone's throw away from Mo's and steps away from the beach. It's within walking distance to the IGA. This place is so huge, I got lost ... it even has a loft area for the kiddos. I really liked the extra long dining table to give us the option of everyone sitting together for meals. There is a private firepit in the back for smores and hanging out when the sun goes down. This is the place to say in Lincoln City. Our family had an amazing beach getaway and we can't wait to stay here again.

House was great, excellent location
The home was perfect for a relaxing weekend for me and my family. Accurately priced for the experience we had. The homeowner, Travis, is an excellent host and communicated very well. We will be back!
