Loved the location of this property and especially loved the views, privacy, and having our own pool! The house fit all of our needs! Thanks for the awesome memories!

Beautiful location, great property, great view. Overall, I would highly recommend the property but there are a few items to note: Directions to the property were not particularly good -- they direct you to a location but then you have to backtrack to the road up to the property (which was very confusing). The property could use some updates and some blinds/curtains in the master bedroom. A door on the master bath would be good too. A book or list of instructions would be nice -- it was difficult to find the light controls (particularly the outdoor lights).

I reserved this property for a family vacation to St. Croix over the holidays. A group of six adults stayed comfortably in this three-bedroom home. The following elements contributed to our excellent experience: spacious common areas and kitchen; well-appointed kitchen; washer and dryer; outdoor clothesline; beach bag, cooler bag, and beach towels provided; comfortable beds and pillows; beautiful views, garden, and pool area; and the house's proximity to downtown Christiansted. Also important, David always responded to my (varied) questions promptly. He was an accommodating, knowledgeable, and understanding host. Thank you, David!

We had a great trip! The house is located super conveniently to everything. The view was absolutely amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to book at this place again!

The view is spectacular, the house is gorgeous, the ambience and lighting throughout the how is magnificent!! Definitely an A+ all around.

First & foremost - we ADORED this property! The ever-changing views, the privacy, the beautiful furnishings, the pool, the wildlife, the location, etc... This property checked all the boxes of a perfect vacation for us. We will be back!! With that said, I do have a few suggestions on improvements that could be made to optimize the guest experience. The installation of shades in the bedrooms and upstairs shower to ensure privacy from others who may be in your group. I see that a few other people also had issues with the TVs / firesticks in the past. We did as well and Dave was quick to respond. We did get one of the TVs up and running but needed to use our own Prime account to power up the firestick. Dave was working with the owner to get this resolved. If you are interested on watching TV while visiting, just check with Dave in advance to find out what the current situation is. There is no screen behind the kitchen sink.. Just wooden loovers which meant we kept finding little gecko visitors (dead & alive) in the kitchen. Dave did say that a special custom screen was being ordered to correct this issue. If you are a northeasterner like us, you will find the main house to be very warm during the day. All bedrooms have AC and they work fantastically! If you are planning on cooking inside, I would suggest doing it in the early morning to avoid heating up the house further. We made meals in the morning and just heated them in the microwave for dinner. We also used the grill a few times. Lastly, it would be great to have a house manual to explain the nuances and expectations for the property, such as trash pickup, home alarm settings, days that the pool attendant comes, explanation of light switches (oh man, so many light switches :) ), what is expected for clean up & linens, etc.. I think knowing these things in advance allows guests to settle into vacation mode much more quickly! I know this rental is just 9 months young so I am sure all of the minor kinks will be worked out over time. This is a special place and I wouldn't hesitate recommending it to my friends and family.

This property was well maintained and had amazing views and breeze. The open floor plan was great for a family of 6 and the house never felt crowded, as there were two very large living rooms and three spacious bedrooms as well. There are AC units in all bedrooms and ceilings fans in all other rooms, including the kitchen to provide you with a little extra breeze if needed. The pool came in handy in the evenings as the family gathered around the pool deck for cocktails and other light refreshments. Another great feature for us was that the house was located about 5-10 minutes away from everything we needed, such as grocery stores, gas-stations and restaurants. There was one small hiccup with the TV's; however, the property manager (Dave) was extremely responsive and accommodating to our requests. I would definitely rent again and would highly recommend this home for large families. My only suggestions would be to add window covering for privacy at night. Besides that, this house was perfect for us and Dave was a great host.

The views of this property are what dreaming is for. Our favorite and most memorable part was the view! Gorgeous. And the trade winds. Unbelievable. Th homes location could not get ant better either. I would definitely recommend this property to a family wanting to get away and relax.

Our stay in St Croix was great, lots to do not enough time,, the house was very spacious, plenty of room for my family, we enjoyed the pool. David was very accommodating, he was very responsive to all our questions and needs. The house has great views and close to everything. Thank you David

I am a local Crucian who was on island producing a large scale event in coordination with the GVI. I found this online and the host was great and very attentive. He provided recommendations on everything on island and made sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is in a perfect and private location with AMAZING VIEWS of Christiansted and the south shore. I highly recommend this rental if you really want to have privacy and comfort in St. Croix. I loved it so much, I even inquired about the possibility of purchasing the home, but unfortunately its not for sale LOL🤷🏽‍♂️! Again David the host was super responsive and a great help. As a native Crucian, seeing good service like that makes me smile.

The property is AMAZING. Dave and Lisa are excellent hosts; they go above and beyond. We would DEFINITELY return in a heart beat.

Ok, my girlfriend saw and Booked this house. I just paid for it! lol. All I can say is WOW!!! I will let her continue with this Review! Oh my Gosh guys!!!!! This house was absolutely Beautiful with amazing views from the TV Room, Kitchen and the Master bath!! Word of warning though, if you take a Shower make sure no one is in the pool or they will get an eye full! lol. However the view from the Shower AMAZING!!! Absolutely gorgeous home. We were there 4/27-5/1. We only had a few problems, but David took care of them.( Never could find the missing Adapter for the Firestick in one of the secondary rooms though.) Was kinda disappointed that one of the secondary rooms did not have a TV. It was still nicely decorated with a Garden view! It rained two of the four days we were there, but it didn’t matter because the house was so nice and very relaxing. The Pool was nice too! David also recommended a few eateries while we were there. Galleons Seafood and Steak place is a must! Especially the Shrimp Crostini! Delicious! You also want to add the Buck Island Tour to your list of excursions. It’s also called “Turtle Beach”. We were told that turtles come out to lay their eggs in the soft plush sand at night. Absolutely gorgeous Beach! It’s small,but beautiful. The Tour also included Snorkeling,but the underwater kind. I had to be drugged around by only a rope tied to my instructor’s leg , while holding onto a dingy. Imagine that for someone who can’t swim! Ha ha. I absolutely panicked,but quickly composed myself after seeing all the amazing fish and coral reefs below me. I am so glad I went through with it as it was an amazing experience! FYI, if you didn’t know, they drive on the LEFT side of the road there so driver please BEWARE! The Locals will have NO MERCY on you! LoL!! You will absolutely fall in love with this gem. We are planning a 2nd Stay later this year. We can’t wait! Thanks David for an amazing time! - Melody

I've been to St. Croix a few times and I have a couple friends that live on the island. This house was in the perfect location between their locations and close to town. It's perfectly situation on the top of the hill to give you privacy without feeling like you're in the middle of no where. The property was as described, clean and well maintained. No issues to report and would stay again the next time I'm on the island.

Fantastic view, very nice house and furnishings. We had difficulties communicating with the property owner when we got there because our cell phones did not work in the USVI. We were fortunately able to eventually get in contact and get the necessary information for finding the house and lock box. After that every thing was very comfortable.

This home is located in a beautiful secluded hilltop with magnificent views. 7 minutes from town. We also unfortunately had to make a trip to the emergency room while visiting but was pleasantly surprised that the hospital was only 8 minutes away. That emergency cut our on island activities short but we didn't notice because we had such a great, relaxing house. House has a good sized pool and a good kitchen. One of the highlights of our stay was If you are using the master bathroom shower be aware that you CAN be seen from the pool or driveway haha.. David the property manager was very responsive to our questions and needs.
