There were 14 of us most of the week we stayed here. My husband & I planned a week here for ourselves, our grown children, & our 7 grandchildren who range in age from 5 months - 16 years old. Safe to say everyone had a great time with the shops, beach, arcade, zoo, etc. Places for all to enjoy!! Thanks for helping us to make great memories here!! 😊

We had a great stay at this ocean view cottage. We easily walked to short sands beach and town everyday. The bedroom layout is a little odd but it worked out and the bathrooms are nicely updated.

We had an amazing week at Ocean Side Dream. There was plenty of space for three families with teens and grandparents. Having 4 bathrooms and 4 showers was great. We enjoyed the proximity to all that is York Beach: Shorts Sands, Long Sands, Nubble Light House, restaurants, and shops. We did not have to get in the car all week! We especially enjoyed our views and cocktail hour on the top deck at sunset! Thanks for opening your home to us! We hope to be back!

16 of us stayed here and even with a small kitchen we had plenty of room and 3 refrigerators a nice plus. The open living area with large table allowed us to eat together, play games together and puzzle. 3.5 baths were an absolute must for this many people. Bedroom arrangements are interesting but we made it work. Bunk house a bit challenging for couples or light sleepers. Definitely great for teens. The deck, yard, outdoor shower and ideal location right at short sands beach hard to beat and exactly what we needed for our varied interests- fishing, swimming, walking, basketball, shopping, arcade. We had a great time rain or sun!

Twelve of us found our way to our rental for my 80th birthday. Great location. Big living room for gathering. Huge table for games and watching the beach and ocean. Ages 18-81. Easy walk to town. Watched them make taffy and played on beach and hiked around. Nice patio. Loved our stay.

I don’t even know where to begin. This property was the absolute best. My best college friends and I went up for a long weekend with all of our kids. The house was a perfect setup for all of us. The outdoor area is great and the patio setup was perfect. The location of the house was awesome for us, we were able to walk to the beach, playground, and downtown with ease. We could not say enough good things! We cannot wait to return!!

Such a wonderful gathering space for a large group! The location is great; close to amenities and overlooking the ocean. The 2nd floor deck off the master is a coveted spot. Comfortable and clean. Everything you need is there. We will be back!!

Our ladies group from church had our Maine Retreat at this beautiful place Very clean...very roomy...comfortable beds....loved the 4 bathrooms... Loved the patio....etc.... Beautiful property Thank you so much...hope to be back next year Sandy for WCC ...The only issue was the unloading area entrance. Fence and bushes were really to close for car to get in & out

Property was clean, had everything we needed, and in a perfect location. Easy to walk to beach, shops, restaurants, and Nubble Light.

Beautiful views, well equipped home, enough room for all! Beds were a little uncomfortable but that was our only complaint!!! We cant wait to come back!

This was our first time staying in York and we absolutely had a blast! The house was able to accommodate our family with great use of space. Extra bathrooms and refrigerators were a luxury for sure! The best part was the view from the decks and the location! It was a perfect walk to town!

House and location were incredible!!! Fully stocked house and plenty of room for 10 adult women. We had such a relaxing time!

Great house for our large family. Amazing location with beach views, so close to a wonderful beach and town with tons of shops, restaurants and entertainment for kiddos (Fun-o-Rama was a huge hit with the under 8 crowd!). We’d go back again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here as a group of college friends with our families. Plenty of room for everyone, amazing neighborhood, beautiful beach… house is well stocked and perfect for a group. We hope to come back!

We loved everything about this home. The location is superb with wonderful views. The home is comfortable, with ample space and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate your large group. It is well appointed with every need thought out.. We were able to fish right in front of the home (Stripers) and brought our bicycles for early morning rides. Perfection! We hope to be back next year.

My family and I so enjoyed our stay the home was perfect for the 10 of us. Beautifully maintained so beachy and the ocean views were amazing.

Property was as described and perfect for our family. Plenty of rooms so everyone had their choice of sleeping locations. 3 and a half bathrooms meant no waiting for showers and other needs. Lots of space to spread out for different activities and ability to segregate to cater to early risers vs night owls. Great view of the bay and Short Sand Beach / downtown York -- 100 yards or so walking distance. Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, cookware, plates, bowls and glasses and a dishwasher. 3 standard Refrigerators with freezers provides plenty of space for supplies; standard washer & dryer is also convenient. We didn't make much use of the items, but there were beach supplies available -- beach chairs, sand buckets/shovels, boogie boards and the like; and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand if needed. The only downside -- one rain day/evening left us wanting to use one of the 2 TVs. Uses an Amazon firestick, but we couldn't seem to get it to work. Could only find one remote (eventually found the other remote buried deep down in the couch). I did leave one of the property managers a message about not being able to work the TVs, but didn't not get a response. Otherwise, the property managers were very good about providing check-in and access info prior to our stay and reached out on day of check-in to make sure we were all set.

We absolutely loved staying here. We have stayed here once before and loved how well it accommodated our family. The changes that were done since we stayed last were fantastic! We loved them. Hopefully we can stay again next year!

Absolutely amazing. Property is in a dreamlike location and is very well taken care of. Plenty of space for a crowd and so close to everything you don’t have to drive once you arrive. The parking is a little wonky but once you go inside there is a book which outlines all the little things to know about the property. 0 will come back and stay, loved it
