Our family visited this locacation the first week of August, unfortunately the week of Debbie's hurricane, the wind and rain brought inside the house munch unwanted rain through the walls, branches all the house and the pool, called Trey, the property manager to see if hen send someone to help with clean-up of the outside and the pool since we couldn't exess the beach due to flod but he chose to ignore and not answer our calls, only the last day before checkingout he called to apologize for not getting back to use sooner because he was sick ,we couldn't use the pool for whole week due to being dirty, debries ,and filth. Please stay away from this property managment , spend your hard earn money somewhere else. dutomanager

My family loved this location. The walk to the beach was a pleasure, as was the unspoiled beach. It was like being back in the Florida of old.
Add the walk the walk to St Armand's circus and the stay was made complete.

Close to the beach and shops. House is nice size but the furnishings are a bit tired looking. Showers need upgrades. TVs weren't working in the bedrooms when we arrived and we called and left a message but it took 2 days before someone came out to fix. We arrived on Friday and it was Monday before they were fixed. The outside light by the grill doesn't work. Kitchen is nice. Pool area is great.
They really should have a checklist to make sure all is in working order for the next guests.

This home is beautifully maintained and fully equipped with anything you could possibly want. We arrived early and needed to drop off luggage. The caretaker was super friendly and helpful and made things so much easier for us so we could pick up others at the airport. The walking distance to St Armand’s Circle and Bayrunner stop was so quick, we rarely used our car. As a frequent VRBO guest, I appreciated the little things, such as trash bags and laundry detergent. Pool and hot tub both were in perfect condition.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and well maintained. We had trouble with getting the TVs figured out but once we got them going no problem. The ice maker wasn’t making ice so we froze water bottles for our cooler. Still we had a great time, the beach, walking uptown and the pool! We recommend this home to anyone

Beautiful home within short walking distance to private beach access. Also very convenient to its proximity to St Armand's circle. The owner supplied bikes and beach accessories as well. The home was super clean and just like the listing. Plenty of room for the six of us to "spears out" for a 10 day stay. Trey was super responsive and quick to respond to our needs during our stay. (Missing garage remote) The pool and hot tub were very nice for those warm late afternoon and evening swims. The grill was ready to go and had another tank of gas on standby if needed. Would certainly stay there again!

A short walk to the beach entrance (under a minute), and a decent hike to the beach itself via trail (5 minutes lugging gear)…a short walk (5mins) to the circle. Best of both worlds!

We really enjoyed out stay. There is enough room in this house for our family to come visit and have dinner. The pool is beautiful as well. We hope to be back.

Location: Terrific- Walk to a quiet beach & town.
Inside of House: As described with plenty of space for everyone. A suggestion - the bedrooms could each use a dresser.
Outside of House: Well kept & Clean Pool

We loved being so close to the ocean and walking the beach trails. The pool and hot tub were used daily. TVs we’re large and in each room. The kitchen and laundry room were lovely. The house was well supplied for all we needed. The pool area has natural shade throughout the day but really needs an umbrella or two. The upstairs bedroom needs some additional furniture like a dresser for storage. The lower rooms were lovely. Any minor issues were addressed quickly by management. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed the location of this property. The pool was well cared for and very enjoyable. If we had to make a suggestion just to help future guests, maybe have more kitchen items and sharper knives? I struggled to serve dinner without a platter, large salad bowl, no storage containers for leftovers, etc. I'm all about a well stocked kitchen! The Keurig was great though so other positive things made up for what was not there..

A short walk to a beautiful beach, as well as a short walk to St. Armand's Circle where the restaurants are great and the shopping is excellent. The only problem............ two weeks was not long enough.

It was a great stay and we felt comfortable and at home. The pool and hot tub were in constant use. We could walk to town and the beach. Absolutely loved our stay.

This house was perfect for our family Christmas. We brought our five adult children and 2 grandchildren. The location is ideal for walking to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. My grandchildren ages 2 and 4 loved the hot tub and pool. The coffee pot was amazing. The Mote Aquarium was close and we enjoyed the kayak tour. They also provided bicycles which had comfortable seats. We would highly recommend this property.

Great location -- walkable to St. Armand's circle and across the dunes to the beach.
house had all the amenities: pool, bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella. Kitchen was well appointed for all cooking and eating needs.
Sleeping had 3 areas - 2 sleeping areas on each side of the house on the first floor each with their own bathroom and one side have 2 bedroom. One bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom. It was a perfect arrangement for 3 families.
We would go again in a heartbeat!

Our family of 8 really enjoyed the house and the location. The house was well-equipped for meal preparation, but nicely located for walks into St. Armand's Circle for shops, restaurants and an arcade. Plenty to do in the area (aquarium, kayaking, beach activities) or just kick back and enjoy the beach, the pool, puzzles and board games with family. Interior of the house was clean. Exterior needed some cleanup, but perfectly understandable as the area was recovering from hurricane Ian.

This home was clean and perfectly located. We were able to walk to the beach and to St Armands Cir. The split floor plan was great for our extended family and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

Very clean! Great location to the beautiful beach. The short walk was a pleasant trail. Had all the basics, even for a 1 year old, plus more. I was very pleased with how everything went, from check in to check out. Very nice maintenance staff and host if/ when they are needed. Older children had a blast in the pool. Hot tub was a nice addition, as well as the massage chair. Will definitely stay again when we are in this area!

I was a little hesitant because everywhere on Siesta Key was sold out and I didn’t know anything about Lido but we will be coming back here! The house is walking distances to lots of shopping and restaurants and the beach by the house isn’t crowded and perfect for small children. The house has a nice pool and the common area is big enough for everyone to relax comfortably and visit.

Beautiful Beach stay great location.
Really enjoyed this property, as pictured and described. Very close and walkable to all St. Armand's Circle, very close to Mote Marine, near Sarasota and all it has to offer including the Farmer's Market. As described, a bit of a walk to the beach but the beach is secluded and gorgeous and the walk is a serene nature walk.
Property managers were communicative and easy to reach. Really enjoyed our stay!! Three adult couples and two kids.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation at this house. Great location walking distance to the all the restaurants, shops, and beach. We had 10 people in our group, we had plenty of room. Pool is a good size with a spa we all enjoyed it. Plenty of room for cooking in well stocked kitchen with large BBQ grill just outside. We plan on coming back for another family vacation.

Stayed with some girlfriends for my 50th bday celebration. We had a fantastic time.
Safe neighborhood, short walking distance to St. Armand’s action. The beach was also a short distance away, although be aware, it’s not close enough to carry a lot (they do have a beach cart which helped GREATLY). Plenty of room for the 9 of us, clean and comfortable. The massage chair was a hit too! Communication with Trey was easy. We had a small issue that was promptly handled by their maintenance person. A very nice gentlemen who was also kind enough to mail out something that one of my friends forgot at the house.
Bottom line, we had a great time and the house had a lot to do with it. Would recommend and stay again.

Great location and brand new pool. The house was missing many necessary items, but was quickly replenished. Closest door broke the first time we opened the sliding door and pull out couch was missing half the springs and eventually all came out. Other than that it was a great stay and perfect location to beach and restaurants. Steve was great.

Great beach house!
We stayed for a few nights at this beach house and it was awesome. You can tell they’ve done recent renovations, beautiful new pool and hot tub, and couldn’t be a better location. We’ll be back!

Great place!
We had a great time at this property. It’s clean with a nice layout. We had 3 generations staying there, 3 adult couples and 3 kids for 4 nights, plenty of space for everyone. Location is perfect, easy walk to the beach and to St. Armands circle, both of which we did several times. Pool and patio are also really nice. House is well stocked, bikes, pool stuff, beach toys. The owner Trey responds very quickly to all questions. Overall it was great and we plan to rent again in the future for family vacations.
