My wife and I stayed here late July and absolutely loved the place! Ideal location being a short drive to beach parking, restaurants, and the grocery store. The host was fantastic with communicating and gave some great tips just before we arrived about different activities, routes, and a general idea of the Outer Banks. The room was spotless and was more than spacious for the both of us. The mattresses were firm and the master bedroom get’s a little warm, so a light fan and some extra padding could help if you need.
I can’t recommend this place enough; absolutely spectacular!

Place was clean, accurate to the photos and overall looks like the place was shown a lot of love by the host. We had a small issue with a leak from upstairs tenants which was resolved quickly and professionally and did not impact our stay. The host provided us a list of wonderful restaurants to try within a short distance of the location which were all fantastic. Overall a wonderful stay, would stay again. 10/10

Everything was nice and clean. The sleeper sofa is thin and uncomfortable so I wouldn't plan on using that for a bed but everything else was nice. Host was helpful and location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Prefect for our quick trip to the OBX with the kids. Great split floor plan, updated, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Well stocked kitchen with ample necessary supplies. Centrally located to all the stuff and an easy hop to the beach. Highly recommend!

My son and I had a Wonderful time staying in this beautiful home! The host, Mrs. Dianne was outstanding! She was very sweet, professional, genuinely cared about us being comfortable and recommended great places to eat, shop and tour!
The home was VERY CLEAN (which I loved), well equipped with everything we needed and the location was PERFECT! The home is minutes away from EVERYTHING - the beach, shops, department stores and many delicious restaurants!
I will definitely come back to stay and highly recommend this beautiful home to everyone!!!

2 BR w/bathrooms, on opposite sides of the unit, allowing late sleepers to be uninterrupted by early risers. Fully stocked kitchen. Television in each room. Nice location—near Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and guarded beaches.
Had nearby lightning strike, frying our modem. Host couldn’t have been more apologetic (not her fault!), and gave us a small credit for the inconvenience, even though we managed, with hotspots.

A little dark- we had to open the front door to let some light in. Comfortable bedrooms and everything supplied that we needed. No view as situated on the ground floor and consequently experienced some noise from the upstairs residents

We thoroughly enjoyed our first time to the OBX . Staying in Kitty Hawk was the perfect location. It was close to Publix and some wonderful restaurants. Would highly recommend this property to vacationers that want to be close to all the major attractions within that area.

Our little family of three had a great experience. Accommodations were very clean and the location was convenient to public beach access and many restaurants. Host was great and communicated any necessary information before and during the trip. Patio had great afternoon/evening shade and well maintained furniture and grill.

This property had exactly what we were looking for! Great location to restaurants- fabulous options. With a young toddler, close activities were a must, so the pool with small playground and enclosed patio were key.

Great stay
We came in much later than we had expected and were happy to see the nice place with a great location. We were able to get to the beach, see the Wright brothers museum, and the feral horses on the beach. Somehow the internet went out at one point, but the owners took care of it very quickly. Great responsiveness from the property manager/owner. Thank you for the experience.

Very pleasant
The property was as advertised. It was clean and cozy. With 3 kids we need to stay in properties like this. It was near everything we were interested in and was very convenient. We'd stay here again. Diane was a gracious host.

Perfect for a small family
Loved the layout, furnishings, and space for our own things. Very clean, pleasant decor and carpet in bedrooms felt brand new. Communication before, during, and after our stay was easy. The location was central to the activities that we came for— wild horse tour, Jockey’s Ridge, lighthouses, Roanoke Island museum, mini golf and ice cream (loved Surfin’ Spoon). Definitely recommend this home!

Quiet yet Convenient
If you want a beautifully, beach themed decorated home away from home... this is it. The neighborhood is quiet, yet conveniently located to get to anything from restaurants, grocery store, beach, fishing pier, etc ... within 5 - 10 minutes.
There were 4 of us .. age ranging from 27 to 81 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were down to attend a wedding; however we enjoyed our time so much, we hope to make this trip again soon (hopefully annually).

Good spot for the family
We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for my family. The pool was really nice and the lady who checked us in at the pool was a sweet heart. The upstairs neighbor was nice too. It all went smoothly. We went to the wright brothers museum, the aquarium, and even made a day to go to Hatteras and stopped at the lighthouses. We will keep it saved for future visits!

Excellent Rental for our Family of 4 adults-parents+two adult daughters
Absolutely lovely. Clear instructions were provided on accessing unit at the designated time and entry was flawless. Easy checkout instructions, too. Rental was easy to find and super clean upon arrival, plus lots of free parking. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit which was perfect for us - each bedroom has easy access to a full bathroom. Easy to unpack into the furniture provided. Beds were comfy. The kitchen with plenty of dishes and a full refrigerator/freezer plus oven and microwave made for an easy breakfast or late night snack. Central location in OBX with easy access to everything we wanted to see. Nice pool that we were able to use several times during our week-long stay - local folks we met at the pool were so kind - and gave us many good recommendations! Thank you! :)

Great Experience!
Owner was very communicative and helpful from the time of booking until the departure. The house itself was very convenient with games, kitchen supplies, and a cute outdoor area great for any family! (the water pressure was amazing LOL) There was a beach access close to the house with parking near it. Wouldn't suggest walking to the beach especially if you have a lot of stuff/kids. However, there is a pedestrian walkway to get to the beach. Definitely recommend staying here!
