The house was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was close to other nearby towns as well as the center of Oak Bluffs. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with the smoke detector, it was just acting up in the end. Great vacation, will be back to the vineyard again!

Great stay and rental

Highly recommend this home which offers two master bedrooms and two rooms for kids. Quiet neighborhood, clean home, with all necessities.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property - the housing was very clean and well appointed. We appreciated the decor and thoughtful touches. Prompt and clear communication from the property manager and rental company. One small suggestion is for a better trash can in the kitchen and bigger trash cans outside. Would highly recommend the house to friends and would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here over Memorial Day Weekend with my parents and children. We brought only our bikes and this location was amazing for exploring the towns, bike trails and beaches by bike. The house was beautiful and clean and the so comfortable and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

This was a perfect house! It was well kept and had everything we needed. I especially loved the large soaking tub in the master bath! One recommendation I would recommend is to bring a hair dryer as there isn’t one. The only critique is that we were arriving to the island after hours and wouldn’t make it to the rental office before 6pm for check in directions so there was a $50 charge to have the digital code for the front door text to you instead of driving to the rental office to obtain it from the drop box. States that there is the Same $50 fee if you don’t go directly to the office to check out. I will say the welcome note. Small tote bag and cookies left on the counter by the renal agency was a nice touch that helped ease the annoyance of the check in fee! Overall, I would recommend this well kept property!
