This is an amazing property in an amazing location! We had everything we needed and more. The listing is accurate and the host, Steven, was great throughout and always available and super quick to offer help or to reply to any of our questions. This was our first property rental ever so we were a little hesitant at first, but the whole experience was so great that we can't wait to book this beautiful property with Steven again!

The house was comfy, the pool excellently located and private. Not a lot of sun exposure which we liked. The pool and spa control was very convenient, and the kitchen totally equipped. I do recommend it

This house has an unusual layout but offers plenty of bedrooms and a nice living room/kitchen area with sliding glass doors that open to the pool. We used the three bikes in the garage to ride to the beach, which was about a 10-15 minute easy ride.
The kitchen is pretty well stocked, but be prepared to buy or bring paper towels. We only got about a third of a roll for our three-night stay. Overall, I would say this house is good, especially for a lot of people.

We loved it!!! We stayed for 7 days with 8 people, 2 of which were 7 and 8 years old and one 10 month old! We had so much space and had everything we needed! We highly recommend for a family vacation home! It was really nice to have a full kitchen and the pool!! Getting to the beach was easy and only a 5min drive 10/15 min walk. Everything we needed at the beach was also available for us at the house to take with us! Also an easy and quick drive from the airport! We would stay here again!

The pool and deck was awesome for hanging out with a group. The house was good size with separate rooms/bathrooms for all. Area is very safe and newer to stay in. Would highly recommend this house to anyone to stay with family or friends!

Wonderful vacation

It was a lovely house, but we were not warned ahead of time that the city was putting in new sewers on the block. We were awaken at 6:40/7:00am every morning to the loud construction noises that shook the house and rattled the windows. This went on all day till 5-6 pm in the evening. One day they parked the trucks in front of the house and we couldn’t get out. We were there for three weeks and it was going on the whole time. It was a nightmare and the owners never compensated us at all nor did they let us know about the streets being torn up and sewers/ water lines were being worked on. I never would have rented this house during this time if I had known.

This property was clean , stocked and had everything you need for a quick beach getaway! Spacious for several guests, lots of privacy with bathrooms, and beds weee comfy! Pool was also very clean. Great proximity to the beach.
Was a little disappointed with the road construction during our stay but that was def beyond the control of owner
Would def return for another stay and recommend!

Our family of 9 adults spent Thanksgiving week at this wonderful home in North Naples. It had everything we needed, including an elevator for 2 disabled family members. We watched football and soccer on the enormous flat screen TV, played games at the dining room table, served a turkey dinner, swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. We also enjoyed walks on Vanderbilt Beach and the home is conveniently located near shopping and grocery stores. A great retreat in sunny south Florida!

This house is the perfect place for a big family. We all had our own room and bathroom/shower. My kids had the best time using the pool. My in-laws had a comfortable bed and the entire house was clean. It was convenient to get to the beach. The kitchen and living room was spacious. I cant wait to be back. We love this snall piece of paradise.

Naples Getaway
Third time visiting Naples and this house did not disappoint! House is just as pictured and the host promptly answered any questions. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Thank you Steven for a great stay!
