Location and behaviour of the staffs

I had booked through online, but when I reached there initially they denied to give me room. They told me to cancel the booking, however at the same time they had performed the check-in process by their own without my concern and even without my signature. Then I had contact OYO customer care to refund my price, after that the hotel authority agree to give me a room. However they had provided me a store room type hall. No hygeneity was maintaied in that room.
