Shuttle was a lie. Breakfast go bag not provided. Water not provided. Dated and dirty carpet. No hand held shower for persons with medical problems. Cockroach and bed bug found

Our room was clean and we didn’t need any house cleaning.
Parking was easy and well light. The employees were trying hard to keep areas clean.

The front desk receptionist was amazing. I didn’t get her name but she looked young and she was extremely friendly and helpful! She usually worked afternoons during my stay! Would highly recommend!

Convenient to the airport.
The shower door would not stay closed and the shower floor was slippery. Explains the big crack in the shower wall.

The breakfast had a great variety of options with plenty of seating space.

On Saturday morning, we were in the dining room for breakfast at 7:30, and food was delicious and abundant. On Sunday morning, breakfast was all gone by 9:20.
I was surprised that the pool was only 4’9” at its deepest.

The property was very clean, the beds were firm and comfortable. S/O to Ivy who works at the front desk. She was very sweet and very welcoming & I do not say this about everyone. She has a great spirit. I would definitely stay here again.

Horrid smells in hallway and room, breakfast very subpar, desk worker greeted us with "what?" After we waited at the desk both times for several minutes for check in and to purchase some water from the shop.

good value for the money. I was very pleased with the experience.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Room was clean and smelled clean. We got a suite so it was large with a large bathroom.
Has USB plugs in the lamp on the desk incase you forget your charger box.
Nobody was really welcoming.
Breakfast wasn't great but ok.
You have to request towels and your room to be cleaned. We were there Mon-Fri so we just never had our room cleaned or towels changed.
Walls and ceiling were thin. I could hear the guy next to us snore and the people above us stomped around all day and night.
